I have been speaking with another American sister living in Tanzania and basically she says as an individual you cannot buy land, however, you can lease the land. Glad to see their are new videos.

Tanzania is breathtaking. I only got a glimpse on a work trip in 2018 as we spent most of our time in Kenya but I hope to get to spend more time in Tanzania soon.

Central Africa and east Africa has exactly the same kind of land. Lush green fertile and absolutely beautiful. Imagine the same land u showed with the Congo river passing. On the other side of the river Congo Brazzaville green hills. That's my land I bought in drcongo for so cheap.

Also, the land of so amazing. Just did a bike trip in the village around the base of Kilimanjaro and the views were stunning. Keep embracing and sharing with the world!
