glad to see all that hard work is paying off nick, tbh I say keep the a ads coming cause I know it means your doing something right. I don't even watch demon slayer
i always thought akaza was forced into being a demon and the reason he wanted to become stronger was his will to protect others. Being a demon he forgot the reason but still trained until he was upper rank 3. quite a sad story tbh
He was forced. Muzan stabbed into his head with his fingers and injected his blood after Akaza declared that he had stopped caring about anything especially himself.
Akaza didn't really say no he just didn't care and left it upp to Muzan so he wasen't forced he was just to depressed and apathetic to care at that point.
Weirdly after death when doma is talking to Shinobu he actually begins to love her. I mean when Kanoa confronts doma about his crocodile tears for akaza she calls out how he wasn't turning red or going pale which demons can do since demons have blood. But when he says he thinks he loves Shinobu his cheeks are red meaning it's a genuine reaction. So doma might be able to feel emotion but just couldn't for a long time for some reason
I see Kokushibo like this. He is told at a very young age that he will die young due to the omen of being a twin. He is the older twin so he is to inherit his father's legacy of being a Samurai. When they are both very young they are trained to be swordsmen of course. Michikatsu struggles a bit despite having great skill, but Yoriichi comes along and essentially unwittingly puts his brother to shame with his inhuman skill. Yoriichi also further unknowingly belittles Michikatsu by saying that he doesn't really like fighting despite being superior in every way. Knowing that as Samurai your own father would definitely favor your superior younger brother to be heir only fuel's his insecurities. Michikatsu then finds out that not only is his younger brother a superior combatant despite abstaining from such he essentially can see into peoples bodies and directly affect ailment's, alignment's, bones, muscle and everything else. Your the leader of a Samurai contingent, they all get slaughtered by a demon, and then your little brother swoops in like an angel and kills it with zero effort. Your perfect little brother has saved your life and proven his superiority to you in the most thorough way possible. With a young-adult's lifetime of resentment, fear, paranoia, demand, and envy of course it only took a few sweet words from Muzan to persuade you. I'm not supporting his decision, but I do understand it to a decent point.
"Kyogai would be unstoppable in the Infinity Castle" ... and that's probably also the exact same reason Muzan wouldn't want that being a thing. So yeah it pobably crossed Muzan's mind, right before he threw Kyogai out of the 12 Moons and his Infinity Castle.
I thought it might have been that he was initially going to be the one controlling the castle but couldn't because he couldn't expand past a single house? Maybe that's why they replaced him with Nakime? Maybe he literally just had nakime cut his little house off from the infinity castle.
I’m almost done with season 1 of demon slayer I’m trying to speed thru it so I can avoid spoilers. I was excited for the Sunday video but in order to fully enjoy it ima have to put it off for a few days 😭
Even though Akaza became a demon his human Traits still remians and has a alot of connections to Koyuki. His Snow flake compass needle is from Koyuki's Hairpins. And Yuki means Snow. Akaza's Shockwave attacks are named after the Fireworks.
"67 humans go missing? That's high demon numbers." Terrible situation but this made me choke on my water 😂 but nah, I feel terribly for Akaza. I think most of us would have succumbed to the deal of the devil at that point. Doma is horrific. Honestly anything after upper moon five requires the plot to let you win. It seems like anything above upper moon five has been retiring Hashira like casually
Akaza, Doma and Koku can beat anybody in the verse except for Muzan, Yoriichi and Dkt who is an extension of Muzan. The power levels go Yoriichi, Dkt, ICA Muzan, Base Muzan, Koku, Douma & Akaza. Then it’s others but those are the strongest
Beautifully made video, just one little blooper! Kokoshibos family wasn't murdered by the demon when his brother saved him. It was something like his colleagues, Kokoshibu abandoned his family in pursuit of becoming a stronger swordsman than his twin brother. However he could never do so no matter how hard he trained. This is quoted in his back story when he was fighting the pillars and loosing. He stated how he has a direct descendent lineage being the mist pillar.
Also, Kokoshibu became a demon because the curse of the demon slayer mark. Which dying at 25 was almost a guaranteed, this influenced him the most to become a demon 😁
Michikatsus family didn’t die from a demon, he abandoned his family to fill his inferiority complex to yoriichi. And once the marked ones started to die off he started to become fearful of his fate when he ran into muzan who really wanted to make a demon out of swordsmen. I love your content, and your time on research, just wanted to add that tidbit in there lol
Also it wasn't mainly death itself he feared with the mark but rather leaving nothing behind to be remembered for/past on and never once catching up to Yoriichi
@The Deep Sea King he could've taught mui moon breathing and maybe he could've surpassed yoriichi hashira in 2 months at the 11 or 12 is no easy feat or one to scoff at (he was alone at 11 he confirmed and amane found him around that age and he was recovering but not for that long ofc then was training for 2 months so his talent is there more than michikatsu himself
Kokushibos family didn't die it was his samurai comrades that died and he abandond his family to be a demon slayer. Its a big point that he has decendants witch is only possible if at the very least his children didn't die.
I think from light novels and side manga we can understand that lower moons were also strong af back in time , and muzan realised that they have become fodder for any hashira and killed the present lmoons 😂
Also when all of them becomes Zouhakuten. He stated that demons can also surpass there limits. So that implies that they never had done to be the Hatred Clone it was all desperation of Sekkido to win and just what an Angry desperate man would do Takes power for himself. One of the Clones also stated that "It was the 1st time someone figure us out." Which implies that through of there battles they just overwhelmed demon slayer and esspecially Pillars there Team work and insane Blood demon technique and Zouhakkuten is what pushed them over the edge to evolve because Tanjiro Nezuko and Genya are a Nuisance.
Hell yeah, after binging all of your videos you are my favorite anime channel and this is the exact video I have been hoping and waiting for. Read the manga as soon as every chapter released so I'm loving the in depth dive into the Kizuki after so long. Thank you for what you do good sir
You said “against people without poison resistance like tengen”. Fun fact tengen is raised by the ninjas and have poison resistance, gyutaro’s poison is made up with blood demon art which makes tengen’s poison immunity looks useless.
Regardless if it does as well as your Naruto videos or not, you’ve got my like because I LOVE hearing you talk about other animes as well. You put in a ton of effort, and it really shows. I see it and I appreciate it man
something he missed is a big reason kokushibo became a demon is he awakened his demon slayer mark ands when u awaken it youre allegedly supposed to die at around 26 or 27. Which was a big deal in his fight with Gyomei
Also I remember being told about how easy it would've been for akaza to not only kill rengoku but also tanjiro and everyone else if akaza teamed up with enmu when he (enmu) put everybody on the train asleep. It literally would've ended the series but since we don't know if akaza was ordered to attack them if enmu died or if he randomly came across them. Considering how "late" he showed up it just confuses me why he didn't kill them all with enmu. Ofc ik tanjiro had to live and bc of that rengoku had to die but it srsly would've been cool if akaza and enmu teamed up.
Question If the Sorrow emotion demon absorbed everyone of the other clones....would it become the Depression demon like how the Angry demon became the Hatred demon?
For some reason Im actually interested in the lower moons that got slaughtered(some of them) Like maybe we couldve seen Kanao solo Lower moon 3 or something(with his backstory but whatever) Or maybe Enmu and the girl lower moon(dont rmb her rank) in the Mugen Train arc as support for Enmu.
Or maybe a Genya arc with Lower moon 4 or the new 6 Where we only see how the fight ended and some parts of it. As like a sneek peak of Genya's abilities.
akaza and douma have actually fought for the position of upper 2, and it was an incredibly close battle, but ended really in a tie. Because while akaza wasnt quite capable of getting a good enough hit on douma, douma couldnt keep akaza away for long enough to do anything significant
I don’t remember this ever being stated in the manga or any info books from official sources? I know that Douma beat Akaza in the distant past (cause he’s higher in the hierarchy obviously) But I never remember anybody talking about how intense of a battle it was Though there are no concrete statements, if anything - I’d be inclined to say that Douma beat Akaza handily, or mid-diff at best The way Douma blatantly casually provokes Akaza by trash-talking him in his face to Kokushibo, talking about how weak Akaza is even though the guy was an older and thus more experienced demon than him I get the feeling that, if Douma barely won against Akaza, then he wouldn’t have disrespected him with such a big smile on his face IN FRONT OF HIM Finally, Douma didn’t seem to be intimidated or scared in the slightest when Akaza threatened to kill him for all his insults
@@an18yearoldmongolianguy it was started that doma bothered akaza just after becoming upper rank 2 so it can only be assumed they fought because why else would doma bother akaza specifically
Why I think Kokushibo is tye best Villian is because. His Back story had a lot of Lore revelations about Sun Breathing, The Marks the See Through world. A lot then His whole character when you looked deep into he is an Anti Shounen. Were he Strives into becoming the best yet decisions made him take paths that he will regret. And that is the beauty of Kokushibo he is a representation of a person who aims to goal yet never satisfied on the process just the outcome in otehr words he had " The Second Place Mentality". Where a person will never besatified because there is just one person who is the best at that. And looking into again kokushibo's lifestyle and mentality you can really see why he is so Tragic not as tragic as Akaza no Akaza or Hakuji is a Victim when he became a demon he never wanted it. It's because he is so Depressed and lost his purpose his senses never functioned. And Kokushibo he wanted to become a demon just to surpss the One person he hated so much his Twin Brother. And the best part about him is when he cut his Twin brother after there duel he saw the old crappy flute he gave to Yoriichi and remembered why he gave it to him which broke him down tears. And that shows that with all the demonic he has become he is has his Humanity.
Gyokko is similar to Deidera and Sasori is Art. And for Gyokko's Case his Art is in Killing people and his vases of course. And Guess what i know even thought his vases are made from his Blood demon technique it's gunny I just observed that origanlly the porcelin Vases are made out if Clay. It's just a coincidental detail that I realize, but those are just my speculations.
@@goodbye6676 as long as she could have taken down 1 of them there screwed since it took both Inosuke and Zenitsu to take down her down long enough for tengen and tanjiro to chop off Gyutarus head if even one of them died they completely loose
@@wheresprototype3507 yeah inosuke should've died because how did he move his organs in time when gyutaro stabbing him in the heart was a complete off guard sneak attack
This! Totally appreciate the video, but there were some inconsistencies, no offense meant, just want to make sure the viewers get the accurate details.
You definitely could. The manga is amazing but it definitely underperforms compared to the anime. Although, the anime is made so well that already knowing what happens shouldn’t affect your anime experience too much. I already read the manga, so I knew about Rengoku’s death (I didn’t cry reading it at first), yet watching the movie made me bawl.
@Neil exactly what happened with my friend. He knew the end of the Mugen Train arc and was "ready", then started sobbing in the theater when he died lol
I usually only watch Boruto content, but I stumbled upon this and I’m not disappointed, not even a demon slayer fan, maybe I just enjoy hearing bro talk anime.
Akaza killing all the students in hus dojo with his Bear fist and Kicks along with his Fury and Rage. Really reminds me of Obito saw Kakashi killed Rin and killed all the Mist Anbus
I'd guess Itachi would win. In Edo Tensei with normal MS he was fighting alongside Sasuke against Kabuto and (in my opinion) he contributed more to their win in that fight. And knowing that Edo Tensei characters are weaken than their alive, forms alive Itachi with EMS could be quite a bit stronger than Edo Tensei Itachi with regular MS. That is only if you'd take away his sickness though. Also EMS Sasuke got stronger after the Kabuto fight but still I would say hypothetically alive and healthy Itachi with EMS would be stronger than EMS Sasuke
Many problems with Michikatsu/Kokushibo part 1)his family wasn't killed by the demon only his samurai comrades 2)he wasn't as angry at yoriichi as you said he is, he was only jealous 3)Moon has 16 forms not 15 4) Yoriichi had the transparent World constantly 5)no one laughed at yoriichi when he wanted to train 6) the man who trained Michikatsu and Yoriichi wasn't one of their father's men 7)only after their mother died he left not before
Holy god, this youtuber gives lots of new information, I didn't even know the other dojo made fun of Akaza's supposed-to-be-wife before Akaza and his supposed-to-be-father-in-law challenged the other dojo
That never happened, the heir of the rival dojo had a crush on Koyuki and dragged her out of the house to make her go on a date with him, but ran off in fear when she began to have an asthma attack, and when Hakuji defeated the members of the rival dojo and broke the sword the head of the rival dojo was so deeply impressed of Hakuji's last move that he swore that no one from the dojo would mess with them again. There also was never a second fight before the rival dojo poisoned the well, what really happened is shortly before Hakuji and Koyuki got engaged the head of the rival dojo who made the promise to no longer mess with them passed away, and the heir wanting revenge but knowing he would lose if he fought Hakuji again poisoned the dojo's well with the encouragement of some of his dojo's adherents.
