I managed to guess the Black Lagoon one correctly, mostly because the first thing that came to mind was Revy’s weapon of choice. On the other hand, for last one, I guessed “fish the banana,” just because I figured it had to be something completely absurd. Sometimes I get the feeling that anime songs are written this way: the composer grabs a bunch of those cheap word magnets people use to make crazy poems on their refrigerators, throws them at a sheet of metal, and writes the line based on what sticks. They then repeat the process until they have a chorus and at least three stanzas, possibly with a bridge for spice. Then they set it to music and voila! A new hit song is born!

The Helsing one is from a time when non-native-English people loved to take random words that make it sound like you are singing in English, but you are not. I believe there was a famous Italian singer that had his entire fame from producing a song like that. (edit: I googled his name and he was called Adriano Celentano apparently. If you listen to the song on YT it's really funny since it really sounds like English at times)
