Take the age you think they are. Subtract 10.if it's negative add a thound. Can't remember where I heard this but it seems accurate

lol from the few animes I watched I can confirm this is true. An example from a pretty popular anime is Selim Bradley/Pride where in the anime they find a photo of him from 50 years ago, and since he's the 1st he's probably even older, so he looks like a little kid but really is over 50 and maybe even centuries years old.

If you look just at Eddie, it seems like he's in another room or something and they put his frame edited in the whole time, it's like an illusion because of the light just being where he is, the line of the edge of the fridge, with the light being connected right to that. Also sometimes the split of their opposite colored hoodies but the light and the fridge line its a pretty cool illusion.
