Sweetheart I am big fan of yours! And your positive information! But some time I get worried about your safety. You know these big corporate might come after you . Stay blessed dear . Keep the good work on .
Sodium benzoate is derived from benzoic acid, which is naturally found in certain fruits and spices, such as cranberries, prunes, cinnamon, and cloves, it's harmful only if consumed in higher amounts
Are you really sure the tomatoes are 100% fresh? The ketchup has an expiry date of over 6 months. When you pluck fresh tomatoes and leave it outside for 6 months, I'm not sure if they will remain fresh after. To be honest, these BIG BRANDS use really low quality tomatoes and ingredients. Using sugar, chemicals and preservatives they make it taste good and package and market them as '100% Real'.
Bhai try to understand fresh Tomatos use Kiya gaya he tomato paste me Isiliye Fresh Tomatos bola gaya he Product ka Shelf life badane ke liye preservatives use hota he And bhai aur ek bat suno Har ek i repeat har ek packet wale cheez me preservatives use hota he to extend self life Even in medecines as well Yes Medicines me bhi hota he Agar preservatives se bachna he to sab kuch chod do @@growinlife4617
People like you are seriously effed up. You're literally taking favour of something which is just exposed. Only a fool will write that 100% about fresh tomatoes used. If you're there to find positivity in every wrong thing you're in the wrong planet honey. Anyways no offense. If a tomato ketchup is using all useless ingredients and tagging about freshness it's anyways wrong.
It's high time that all nutritionists in India unite together, unite all the movements and make it a revolution againt the corporates. Satvik Movement, Label Padhega India etc are like small initiatives for which India will be proud of, Happy Independence Day 🇮🇳
She is absolutely correct. When sodium benzoate mixes with ascorbic acid (vitamin C) or citric acid it reacts and forms benzene which is carcinogenic. This happens when the mixture is exposed to light or heat and we do both when we use tomato ketchup. I’ve been making tomato ketchup at home since last 20 yrs because of this. It’s very easy to make and one can store it for a month. You can make this with stevia for diabetics😊

Add the tapkeer slurry to the tomatoes & stir. Add 1/4tsp hing. Cook the sauce until it is thick- usually about 10mins. Cool & add juice of 1/2 a lemon. Store in a jar in the fridge. Keeps for a month. If you use stevia it will keep for 7-10days in the fridge. This is a recipe for plain sauce. I make it with red chillies. If you fresh red chillies are available then use 5-6 for 500g. Deseed them and add to tomatoes and crush. If using dried kashmiri chillies then deseed 4-5 kashmiri chillies & soak them for 30mins in water. Then add them to tomatoes & grind.

Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight. According to her tomato paste(which is listed 2nd) is 1/4 of the ketchup and sugar(which is listed 3rd) is 1/3 of the ketchup. Isn't it false information. And people are believing that person who dosen't even know how to read label.😄 It's tomato ketchup it is supposed to contain sugar in it. 1 spoon of ketchup contains 4 grams of sugar. According to WHO consuming 50 grams of sugar per day is good for an average adult. Its not that big deal if you consume ketchup in control. Don't believe these "influencers" blindly.
Most of her videos are misleading. She is just bagging on people's psychology and unnecessarily goes to any extent to defame processed food. She didn't mention the amount of sodium benzoate used in Ketchups. Permissible limit of this ingredient is around 250 ppm, that is 0.025% which is extremely low to cause cancer. Also after mixing with ascorbic acid there should also be high temperature around 60° or above for it to turn into carcinogenic compound called benzene. Still very difficult and negligible amount to cause cancer. We are exposed to benzene on a daily basis via several means which are actually more dangerous than eating ketchup.
Ye to wahi baat ho gai ki 2 Liter milk me se 1.5 Liter milks are pure and 100% Real coming from cow. Lekin 500 ML paani mil gya to phir Pure and real milk thode rhega wo😅
Again very misleading as you always do. Unlike other ingredients you didn't mention the quantity of sodium benzoate. It's roughly around 250 ppm which is around 0.025% of the entire content and it is necessary to preserve the ketchup. This is a very negligible amount and permissible by FSSAI based on safety parameters. Finally, merely mixing of sodium benzoate & ascorbic acid doesn't make it harmful. For benzene(carcinogenic compound) to form it requires high heat & light. So as long as you're keep it inside the refrigerator and not keeping it under direct sunlight it's safe. Even for benzene to form the temp. has to be 60° C or above which makes it safe under room temperature as well.
1)Tomato ketchup ka basic recipe me sugar hota he 2) chyawanprash ke basic recipe me bhi sugar hota he Kyu bataya taki apko samajh aye Isliye jo bhi bata rahe Tomato ketchup koi tomato puree nehi he Ki 90% paste rahega And "firm fresh" ka matlab fresh Tomatos use kya gaya he Dekho apko ketchup nehi khana mat khao That's your call Par aise video baseless he Kal ye kog laddo le kar bhi bolenge "Isme itna sugar he" to sense nehi banega Aur ek bat Ap puri bottle ek bar me nehi khate honge Last me bhai ketchup nehi khana he mat khao Par agar low sugar diet follow kar rahe ho to other sweetners like jaggery, misri ye sab ko bhi avoid karo Kyu ye bhi nearly equivalent to sugar hi hota he

The discussion is not just about sugar. It is also about the preservative Sodium benzoate turning carcinogenic, when paired with Vitamin C rich tomatoes.
Wo aage 100% PURE tomato likhte hai, naa ki 100% of the bottle is filled with tomato. English seekh lo. Though this claim is wrong, but they want to say- whatever the tomatoes are used, are fresh
