"YOU LOST THE RIGHT ENGINE?" Southwest B737 engine failed | ATC

A Southwest B737-7BD, N7740A, operating as SWA4028 from Austin, TX to Tampa, FL was departing Runway 36R when a engine failure occurred and they declared an emergency. They requested for the longest runway and returned back to Austin.
A Replacement B737 Reached Tampa with a 3.5hr delay.
