This is how the highest Court of the country allows people like Mr Sibal to waste its precious time over meaningless arguments over conclusions foregone. Can the SCI even remotely think that they can undo the abrogation done 4 years back and restore the article 370. Their unusual indulgence in Mr Sibal's illogical arguments reaffirms the growing public perception that some Judges of the SC are biased. This petition should have been dismissed right at the first instance.

SC would have dismissed the review petition if Modi Govt had not raked up the collegium system which has angered the judiciary. This SC judges have given relief to Rahul gandhi is the pointer. Has anybody thought Article 370 would be abolished in his or her respective life time. Eventhough Congress had one third majority in both houses of Parliament they never made any move to abolish Article 370 in J&K. BJP was waiting to get the required majority in Parliament to do away with Article 370 to annexe J&K to India. That is the difference between BJP & Congress. BJP is full of Nationalism and Congress is devoid of that otherwise how Kabil Sibal a staunch supporter of Congress appear for the case against abrogation of Article 370. It was a dream of true nationalist Indians to make J&K part and parcel of India. Kabil Sibal is a man who sees money and self fame above the National interests.

Indian judiciary and judicial system requires a major reform. Still seems justice is under black coat ..it is not reached people of india , more technology required and all judicial proceedings should be done in regional languages then all individual even a daily wages worker to billionaire can be equally treated. Lots of laws should be amended and more simplified required in law system, and so called learned Lawers should be courrption free.

The point here is that there are many enimies within, right from 1947, when Nehru hurriedly going for plebicite within our own terrotory which was unwarranted and above all supporting Sheik Abdulla to go against Maharajah of Kashmir. Article 370 was temporary when promulgated and successive Congress govts played into it, without removal. What BJP did was right and Kashmir, including terriory illegally occupied by Pakistan and China, is integral part of India. Jai Bharat.

@@Insightful_Truth Lol...go and learn about American courts if you wish to know what and what not courts are capable of, or if you want to go into constitution, go and learn about the constitution of UK...our colonial masters who enacted the Government of India Act 1935 which was later copied word by word with a few sentences from here and there added, do NOT have a written constitution. Seeing the irony here?? The constitution in Britain has been developed, it is a never ending work of progress, it is NOT written, while here, everything is written which means that an inadvertent comma can change the entire meaning, intent or the rationale behind the need of the article, which leads to judges debating about 'will', 'shall', etc. 75 years down the line. Even then, the basic difference is that Britain's constitution reflects their culture, their dynamism while we are here forced to carry the load of the heaviest constitution of the world, with words upon words upon words, and yet, nothing of substance which truly reflects the greatness of our culture, of our beliefs, of our social fabric. I love my country and I am saddened that the highest supposed court of justice walks at slower than a turtle when lakhs of innocents are waiting years for justice... that's all.

@@tereliye24 Comparing Britain or US with India is nonsense. They are much less diverse than India. They have same language across their countries, same Anglo Saxan western European culture. India is not like that. Except during Mauryan Empire and Mughal Empire, India was NEVER EVER united under one political system or administration in last thousands of years. In India, we can't even agree on 1 national language. Even history of different parts of India is totally different and highly local oriented. Plus, US and Britain do not have menace of caste system and discrimination which is still prevalent in India. Just check how much intercaste marriages happen. It shows you that so called Hindu majority are not even united in basic things like caste, language. Therefore, India needs a written constitution to minimize conflicts or disputes.

I have an old doubt no one gave answer. King of Kashmir wanted a free country which was granted. Later Pakistan invaded Kashmir and King asked India for help which was provided. Later, India obliged those conditions and gave special provisions. My doubts are 1. It was king who wanted help but put conditions. How was it happened? 2.Was Kashmir so important? 3. If Kashmir was important, India could have easily occupied Kashmir. But it didn't happened. Why? 4. Did administrators not realised that giving special provision one state was inappropriate? India bled a lot because of Kashmir. It is right time to remove 370 and give justification to sufferers.
