When you visit Bangkok Thailand you NEED to try Thai street food. Bangkok Street food is some of the best in the world, and we loved everything we found at Or Tor Kor Market. There is so much amazing Thai food on offer, including the King of fruits - durian fruit! Durian is a MUST TRY food. Trying durian has been on our list for ages, so going to Or Tor Kor Market Bangkok was something we needed to do. We tried some other food, including looking at the seafood before eating durian on this street food tour in a Bangkok market. The amazing thing about this Thai market is there is so much more than just your usual street food in Bangkok. If you like seafood, durian fruit or street food in Thailand then you need to visit Or tor Kor! It's really easy to get to - it's just opposite Chatuchak Market and you can take the MRT train straight to the Kamphaeng Phet station. Or Tor Ko is a short brief for The Marketing Organization for Farmers in Thai words. the market is a consider a hight end open air market for fruits and foods market. There is also ready to eat food section where you can buy and take home variety food there you can find one of the top Som tum shops is located there called Sudjai .The shop won the prize for it Som Tum( Tum Thai )with the technic that made the papaya soft but crispy. In the other separate building near to the car park there is also a Thai desserts and sweets shop called kanomthaikaopeenong .It has been with the Or Tor Ko market for over 40+ years and quite a must visit place for desserts.

if next year you happen to be in thailand, you should try other varieties of durian like kob, kanyao, chanee, etc (you had montong). each has its own taste and smell. if you think durian smell bad, try kob pikul that has a flowery smell. also, durians from nonthaburi province are considered premium and very expensive, but you will be amazed with the taste and smell.

I go to Sally, the Bankabi market, a very, very cheap market, and their prices are appropriate ... You go to the markets, their prices are very expensive. I have been living in Bangkok for 8 years and I know cheap places

Ahh lol so crazy we just went to the flower market right next to or tor kor on Sunday to stock up on plants! And ended the day at ratchayothin major (I think from IG you guys were there the same day)?! But omg you did so much better with durian than we did!!! We recently tried it and it was so much worse than we were expecting actually although apparently we had the wrong kind and it was overripe :/ guess we should've bought it at or tor kor lol! Nice vlog!

With the hot humid weather your eyeliner does not smudge at all. I tried quite a few good brands, yet it does not stay as good as yours.

If you are vegetarian u can order the food in thai language by ''CHUN PEN MUNG SA WI RAT'' (mean i am vegetarian) and thai people will serve vegetarian food for you.

Actually there is a local vegetarian food court at the end of the lane on the opposite road side of Or Tor Kor Market. To go there you just walk down the underground train passage in front of this market and get off at its opposite side, please check the gate No. so that you won't get out the wrong exit. When on ground again you walk a bit strait down until you see the small lain then turn right and walk inside the lain till its end, you'll find a car parking area at your left, and just few steps across it, get inside, there are stalls selling various kinds of vegetable food. The price of each dish costs around 25 Baht. Enjoy your meal.
