One of the iPhone cases that has a cutout along the bottom (and top, for some reason) that would allow you to plug in this little drive, while still having some kind of case on the phone (at least for some scratch protection), is the minimalist-style Pitaka MagEZ Case 4 and Case 5 series (not their Case Pro 4, which wraps around all four sides of the phone).

To overcome the problem with the drive not sitting snug with the C port. Get a C male to C female cable.

I showed this cable in the video. I’d rather not carry an additional thing around me. This is just to let people know if you have a case the hard drive will NOT fully insert into the usb c port.

I hear you my fried! This phone was free. I don’t know if you live in the USA but our phone carriers here usually have promotions where they give you a free iPhone 15 pro if you trade in your old one. So I had an old iPhone 10 and an iPhone 12 Pro we traded in for 2 new iPhone 15 pros.
