Quick tip on preventing leaks - loctite. Use low strength (purple or blue) so it’s removable. Use that and you won’t have any leaks and you don’t even have to tighten it that much.

I have a similar systemin my garage, and I have it attached to two air hose reels, and when I installed it, I put drops all over the place to make life easier. Good job. You should defiantly think about installing a hose reel.

Awesome setup. Had the same spaghetti in my small shop. I installed a retractable reel (the yellow 50 foot one from HF) and it’s a game changer. Thanks for your great vids!

Retractable wheels scare me 🤣 let that hose go with enough speed and you could get smacked with the chuck and draw blood

🔥🔥 I like the aluminum blocks. They have the threaded holes in them. I’m in love with copper tubing throughout my shop at home but I do like those aluminum blocks with a threaded holes. I guess you could call them manifolds great job keep up the good work I’m sure that you feel beautiful cabinets. 🔥🔥👍👍👍

I don’t think size of shop matters. I’m putting this in my garage. And before I moved I was planning to put this in my 10x12 shed shop.

Great job dude, you should definitely use a different hose from the line to the compressor, I would make a connection with steel braided hose to your line then anchor your line down and connect the braided hose to the compressor because that stuff isn’t meant to move as much as it will when directly connected to the compressor but other wise it looks clean

Yep. OSHA will make you fix it. Can’t use plastic lines for above ground compressed air.

Yes lol and they’re overrated.

I guess I was lucky. We had the hoses hanging from above and they were heavy enough that they would stay coiled up if there was extra slack.

That sounds awesome. We’ve got 30 foot ceilings so that’d be tough but over head sounds good.

If you don't care about looks, this stuff is awesome, if you want a clean look, buy the sticks of aluminum. I'm yet to see a system that looks good with this stuff. -Sincerely a dude that sells pneumatics for a living.
