People not using triple threat are missing out so bad. I tell all my friends they really need to start using it, at least for a spin launch. Especially this year cuz most players really have no handles so triple threat can get you a speed boost or advance you to the high or low post. The lebron size up escape to ball hand speed boost is gone, people need to learn real basketball moves now. I love it. Real skill gap.
Agreed. Thousands of moves added each year for those fools to only use what everyone else is using. Dribbling is about deception and unpredictability smh.
One of my favorite moves in triple threat that I can do consistently now is swing the ball low a few times then just pull up. I do it with Kawhi and the defense can’t react quick enough.
I’m revisiting these as our game has become more serious. Only challenge is since we’re doing f2f games, old-school stryle, we’re using press box view.
Appreciate you brother! You always have the sauce. You show how real basketball is supposed to play instead of the cheesy shit. Definitely gonna continue to watch your videos and add it to my bag
I love these videos, but damn i’m trying to practice while listening and can’t get the moves down. The half spin triple threat move at 7:30.. can we get a tutorial? Because i have absolutely 0 idea what you’re saying to do and ive been trying to practice this for an hour
I miss how you explode outta the triple threat on 2k22 felt very realistic you could jab step then explode now it will make him pause a sec and the ball looks weird but the spin is definitely a go to still if they playing you tight I been using the triple threat for years I like little details that make you play like real life
Had to come and watch this again, paused it multiple times til I got the moves down. Even played it on .75 speed. My dude, it’s folks like you that make content like this that has folks like me playing 2k.!. Never stop ✊🏽
nice to see there are other people playing this game like me usualy in the rec center I always match up with idiots with 0 iq especially on old gen this year and it makes the game so annoying. if anyone here plays old gen on ps4 let me know
I need to get the videos out as fast as possible, and the best way to do that for now is through offline play! But online gameplay isn't too far behind!
Bro! You are literally goated! I would seriously pay you to teach me to dominate in 2k25! That’s my goal! I want to be a dominant scorer! I’m thinking like New York Melo. He’s the simplest player to make I think and his skillset isn’t over complicated based off my skills on the game. Plus he’s a bucket! What are your thoughts!?
whats the best triple threat style for a finesse layup style PG build. 6'6 D Lo style player great at layups and shot creating step backs and spins and drifters from mid or 3. love the videos
Sooo I can do that Jordan Poole move with my 6’6 pg, but I can’t with my 6’8 SF and they both have the same animations and sig styles, My PG has more ball handle, of course (87 on my PG, 80 on the SF )maybe it’s linked to how much ball handle you have, or position? (for those wondering how to do it in MC)
@@BMac803 I think you might just need a 75 speed with ball. I had a build with 75 speed with ball and 80 ball handle that could do it but when I made another build with 80 ball handle and 72 speed with ball I couldn't.
Awesome, thanks so much! How do you avoid getting bumped when driving after you do your crossover combos? I have trouble getting past that and trying to understand how to read the opponent and go from there
Hey man! Triple threat moves are available as long as you dont dribble the ball first, so make sure you did not dribble or move before trying a triple threat combo!
Post control should impact your post spins exits, and post movements. While there are triple threat combos out of the post - I'll discuss that in a separate video! But for the perimeter, triple strike should be one of the main badges you want, along with acceleration, and core ball handling attributes!
I used to say the same thing. But 3-day weekend I decided to learn. Not a dribble god but unless my team cuts and brings his man into my drive I can score damn near at will. Started with one move at a time, a go dunk combo and a shooting combo. Kevin Cruz videos and Dimework videos helped me tremendously. And this is with a 80 ball handle and 75 speed w/ball. 92 strength for gold bulldozer as a nice bonus as well
It's all on HOF man - I don't post the difficulty anymore because it interrupts the flow of videos. But I have receipts - for example: x.com/ron_bato/status/1703725037478691175?s=20
