Graveyard keeper is one of my favorite games on my switch. It’s an absolute delight. And i love how it doesn’t bore you with tutorials. You get to literally be that confused graveyard keeper
I know it's cliche, but Stardew Valley is one that I always recommend to people interested in the genre. For my friends that are newer to the genre or maybe play stuff like Animal Crossing I can usually recommend Littlewood or Fantasy Life (especially with the upcoming game) I've been pretty hooked on SunnySide lately.
Coral island is what got me into farming games and ultimately try out Stardew. Like you, I also stopped playing the game when I heard of the 1.1 update XD. So I'll continue again once that is out.
With the exception of the Sims expansions (I don't really play that game), I own and have loved playing ALL of these games!! Excellent picks, Miss Bubbles!
Graveyard Keeper is my current addiction!! And you nailed it with the description! Lol I have like 60 hours in already and am only half way done the story, and have so much more to still do! Between the donkey, zombies, gardening/wine making, all the quests, and the grind, I’ve never felt more busy in a game! Always something to do! I love the levelling up and the skill tree. It’s super addicting, but hard at times. I have a whole folder on my phone dedicated to the game so I can reference it lol
Sorry Miss, tapping out halfway through to say I am so pleased that you went ahead to create this video. I will definitely be checking out the witch game, which I couldn’t be stuffed backtracking through the video to get the name of right now. Stay awesomely genuine!
I loved this video Miss Bubbles!!! So many great games mentioned, and you have inspired me to revisit some games I haven't touched for a little while - like Dinkum and Travellers Rest. Thank you!
I found Epic Chef because of your amazing channel last year and it’s by far one of my fav games of all time! I laughed so much throughout, the gameplay kept me intrigued and guessing and it was so unique!! So thanks! 😃 Also, I hope Dinkum comes to console at some point….been following it for years now and it looks so fun!
My favorite Farm Game is Township, I started playing about a year ago and feel in love with it because of all the cool decorations and great graphics. But they're slowly starting to take away special decorations and the only ones you can get are by playing match 3. I'm looking for something similar with tons of special decorations you can get. I'm currently playing Farm City but it's glitchy AF. Anyone have any recommendations I'd love to hear them?
I love Fae Farm! I got the chance to play it before release, here's my video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qEuPKuypfm0.htmlsi=Y6_7XosWhoydGeAF
I was put off by the weird 3D CGI style of Wylde flowers but played the demo and OMG I’m obsessed!! If anyone else is like me dont let the art style stop you!! The demo at least is worth a shot
I believe it's been around a year when I discovered this channel and oh boy this is one of my best channel and I'm really happy that I found it back then cause i really love every topic on it😊... Thanks for your efforts and keep up the good work 👍
(From now until the 27th, Epic Chef is 90% off on steam for $2.49.) Ive wanted to try Coral Island for a long time, but Ive read where players are upset that the story isn't finished? I wait for someone to say it's complete.
Yesss I saw Epic Chef was almost 2$. That's a steal for how amazing it is! Yes, Coral Island's story is not finished yet. The recent beta allows you to play it (but you'll have to start a new save). As such, as soon as the update goes live (which I hope it will happen sometime this summer), you will get all stories complete plus SO MANY new features
Nice compilation! I've played almost all of them. I've just started playing Everafter Falls, it looks so cute. I didn't play enough time to have an opinion, but so far, I like its cuteness!
I loved Epic Chef, and was really surprised at the humor and wit. It was really fun, the thing that made me not finish the game though was the fishing mechanic. It was so annoying and no way to improve your skill or make it easier. It seemed to be based more on luck than skill, and higher level fish was needed for progression.
Ohhh I love this idea. I already see Coral Island, so let's see if there's other games I've played here. Wylde Flowers- Ooohhh, sadly this is one I found myself just putting it down one day and never picking it back up. I bought this game after one of your fellow Cozy gamer youtube reviewer's suggestion, Eowana (sp?). Sad thing was, I wanted to like it more especially with the story set up. I am a sucker for games and stories when there's a grandma and granddaughter storyline since I was super close with my maternal grandmother and she passed away when I was 12. I think what my issue was is that it became a bit of a slog for me personally and repetitive. I haven't even finished the main story yet. Plus the love interests, I found them a bit lacking compared to other games (like Coral Island). I do hope to pick up this game again so I can at least finish the story, but I am enjoying other Farming sims more, like I've picked up Sun Haven again since it had a recent major update. Coral Island- SDV is still my fav farming sim, but this game may replace that. I can't say it's my fav yet since the main story and the whole marriage system hasn't been FULLY implemented yet. When I say Marriage system, I do mean kids and them growing up to be kids. So yeah I am waiting for that. I do believe with the 1.1 update at least, the main story will be completed. I haven't touched the game since December because I wanted to wait for Merfolk romance to be unlocked since I want to give Semeru a chance to see if he'll replace Theo as my fav lol. But yeah I am so loving this game, and what I definitely appreciate is how the creators include their own Indonesian culture into the game. I love it when creators do that kind of thing. Healing the coral reef and doing other things, it's just so satisfying, like I am really making a difference. Now the other ones I haven't played, but I've heard of most of them. I almost thought about getting Echoes of Plum Grove, but what stop from getting it is the fact that your initial char will die eventually so I feel I won't get that deep char interaction that I like in my games that have marriage in them. Great video Bubbles! I look forward to more! One new game demo I got to try during Steam's Nextfest was a farm sim call Ova Magica and it basically takes your average Farm sim and combines it with Pokemon for your MC gets a creature called a Blob and you collect more to help you with your farm and to use them in blob battles lol. It comes out in Early Access next month and it's very cute. There will also be marriage in the game and the creator has said she wants each of the Love Interests to have deep stories so they're engaging, which makes me happy. Plus the world is inspired by her home for she's German. Like in the town, there's a Biergarten lol. Based on the demo, I think this will be an game for beginners because I definitely didn't need any outside help to play it. Of course my most anticipated game this year is a farm sim named Fields of Mistria, I'll be getting it on early access for sure. The demo already has me even more obsessed. As far as other farming sims that are already out that I recommend, there's My Time at Sandrock (rank it intermediate at least because there's combat and dungeons), Sun Haven, and of course my current fav, Stardew Valley.
Coral Island is a great game for any genre and, like you, I've paused waiting for the update. In the meantime, I decided to try the classic, Stardew Valley. I don't like pixel art, but this isn't too awful. And I see where Coral Island's roots (pun?) are. The problem with almost all farming games of this type is the graphics. I know, graphics are where a lot of the expense of a game goes, and where a lot of creativity is exchanged for them. But Coral Island's graphics are quite good, so it can be done. Thanks for your reviews.
We all gravitate to diff art styles so I think your concerns are 100% valid. These two games are vastly different in style and it's okay to like one over the other. I personally love both, but that's not the case for everyone
Tricky... Pricky... Prickly...? I wonder if ya were thinking 'Tricky' and 'Prickly' at the same time and accidentally kinda tongue tripped trying to settle on one...? I wonder if it could be a happy accident though...? Sometimes something is too big to be called 'Gigantic' and too big to be called 'Enormous', so it can feel right to call it "Ginormous!"... There might be a new verbal need here! Maybe sometimes a game isn't quite 'Prickly' yet isn't quite 'Tricky'... maybe in such a case a game could be called "Pricky!"? ;P Edit: Also, curiosity: Have ya heard of "The Witch from Fern Island"? I Pledged to its Kickstarter ages ago and it got Funded. I'm surprised i'm not hearing about it fromm time to time.
Hahaha I don't know, I say so many things wrong in English And yes, I've made a showcase for it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1-JiB1zVVLk.htmlsi=i4jzVVN5hsGG0loz
Yes! I've made 3 lists before so games are bound to be repeated. This is why I am turning this into a series now, so I can keep introducing new games and be able to mention picks old and new
This genre isn't for me. Fae Farm was one of the worst games I ever played, and AC New Horizons bored me to death. The only farming game I've enjoyed was RDR and even then it is a huge stretch to call it a "farming game"

@@MissBubbles it is such a stand out game for sure!! And I will never forget it! I have so many pics and videos from it saved on my Switch lol So thanks again ☺️
