You need to visit this town in India! One of our favourite places in the country, our favourite place in Rajasthan, we loved Pushkar India! This relaxing sacred hippy town might be what you need while travelling in India. A small, colourful, peaceful, spiritual town in Rajasthan. Pushkar was a place for us to recover after getting sick. This place totally made us feel better. We stayed a the Elephant Pushkar hostel and it was serene. This little oasis steps away from the main street of Pushkar was the perfect place to heal.

no way!!! It would have been so nice to see you! Honestly such an awesome place. We must have just missed you! (Our videos are a little behind so we left a little before you arrived). How are you liking India so far?

I happened to visit Pushkar when i was in college. Also visited the nearby city of Jodhpur. It has an amazing palace, sometimes referred to as the largest residential palace in the world, an old and grand fort and I really liked the ziplining adventure around the fort. If you've not moved on, I'm sure you'd enjoy that city. Udaipur and Mount Abu are gems too.

Wow thats a really interesting fact about Jodhpur. We sadly dont have time to visit this trip but will add it to the list for next time :) as well as Udaipur and Mount Abu! thanks for watching!

Food poisoning sometimes has to do with geographical location and how certain bodies are not acclimatised with the microorganisms of that region. Takes a couple of weeks to get adjusted. When I visited the United States I got food poisoning real bad but surprisingly in India I rarely get any since my body is more in tune with the climate, geography and microorganisms of India
@KeithandDev

very true! We were told it was gonna happen at some point. All good, as you said our bodies need to get use to the new location :)

Pushkar looks amazing with a lot going on but also relaxing and beautiful. Love the monkeys and views. Glad you have support during your travels as travel is wonderful, exciting and provides great opportunities to learn about different cultures and places but can at times be lonely. Safe travels and enjoy this time travelling together in India😍

Mount Abu town is one the most under rated yet beautiful hilly destination in rajasthan state in India often foreign you tube bloggers missed out when ever they visit rajasthan. Incase if yours time permit, do explore mount Abu which is relatively colder place.

In Ancient India there were 2 major categories of dynasties the Solar Dynasty (Suryavanshi) and Lunar Dynasty (Chandravanshi). Hindu epics Ramayana is about Solar Dynasty and Mahabharata is about Lunar Dynasty. Lord Rama ( 7th avatar of MahaVishnu, one of the trinities) was born in the Solar Dynasty and Lord Krishna (8th Avatar of Mahavishnu) was born in the lunar Dynasty. According to Hindu text the Reign of Lord Rama as the king was the best period of ancient India. So you can see majority sects of Hindus use saffron colour signifies the Solar Dynasty and use the ancient Hindu solar calendar system. There are other Hindus who uses white but not as a flag but in the dress majorly in the southern part of India who follows Lunar Calendar system and belongs of Lunar Dynasties of the past. There are other colours as well, Hinduism is not limited to particular colour but majority uses the Saffron which signifies the Suryavanshi (Solar Dynasties). The worshippers of Goddess uses red Colour. Similarly the forehead marks also differ according to the Gods they pray or sect they belongs.

Drink the local RO filtered water and you won't have any stomach problems.
@KeithandDev
@KeithandDev 3 месяца назад
what is local RO filtered water?
@viksjolt1
@viksjolt1 3 месяца назад
@@KeithandDev RO stands for reverse osmosis, it's a filtering process of water and revitalising it with some minerals. When you get to India, say in New delhi or mumbai or any other city, all restaurants have RO water. The reason behind stomach issues (in my experience) while travelling has a lot to do with the water. All countries have different processes of water filtration, change of which causes stomach and pooping problems. Every time I'm in the US, i have stomach problems for the first few days. The best way to avoid stomach issues is to drink the "drinkable" filtered water of the country you're travelling in. It just helps your stomach to adjust to the local microbial lifeforms better.
