More games need to have a "I just work here..." ending. I've always found the idea of someone who is not paid enough to deal with horror stuff on the job hilarious. Like working a typical job, the scary stuff happens, and the character just goes "Look, buddy, I've got another shift after this, I've got bigger things to worry about, go spook someone with a higher wage..."

I like how the bus company gives its drivers cats to help them keep their sanity. I wish all jobs did that.

For anyone interested while on a bus you pull the lever doing the “ding” sound indicating you want off at the next bus stop.

Cat pet limit is hella realistic, sadly.

I like that Manly has never been on public transit. Everything happening on this bus is pretty regular and tame compared to actual public transit

I was expecting a game where you casually pick up demons and monsters and drive them to their destination.

The way you can hear the cat purring through the right speaker is SO NICE wtf more games should have pet kitties (that are as safe and snug as this kitty, too, he's not even worried by 1\5 ending) Also I adored that every time - without fail - when the cat went "mrrp" Manly would turn to pet the cat. 10\10 cat ownership there

A fuzzy and cute therapy cat should be by our side in any horror game from here on, Fun little game too! I like the out of the ordinary scenarios for horror.

So Manly the bus is a vehicle you use to get from point A to point B. Sometimes you need to get off and the driver doesn't know/stop everywhere so there are buttons that lighten the sign "bus stop request" so that the driver knows where you are getting off

So funny to see this. I just left my job as a bus driver in long beach. It was Pretty much a horror game every day haha! And you would be shocked at how many people don’t understand you have to pull the cord to stop…smh. The one thing this game is missing is a big screen in your face telling you how many minutes late you are. And, seeing how long manly was taking to get people's fare was really stressing me out.

Work horror continues to be strong. The driving seems like it could use some work, but I did like the ending variety. Having the cat certainly helps.

“Do it for Sam” poster next to the cat is a reference to the Simpsons. Homer has a plaque in his office that says “don’t forget, you’re here forever.” And he covered up letter’s with pictures of Maggie to spell out “do it for her.”

The guy who just went "Nope, nuh- uh im not going on that bus. I may be dumb but im not that dumb" is funny as fuck but understandable

Deer Guy is just looking out for the little old man that the other bus drivers wouldn't pick up because his stop has a spooky number, that's all! Love a horror game where the strat is to just ignore the ghosts and highway demons.

I'm just gonna interpret that deer ending as that deer being nice and helping you out of the wreckage and getting you to the nearest emergency room (: There's no need to judge them based on appearances

Public Transport is the real nightmare all along.

As a bus driver, I can guarantee this is 100% an accurate bus driving simulator.

That was a cool game. I enjoyed watching Manly play. I did end up laughing out loud when Manly said "Goat demon, you've come to help me", like so positive ❤

An interesting little bus driving game. With the somewhat normalitly of the driver and (possibly) the bus, I'd say this one involves driving around avatars of multiple fears- giving us a peek at multiple of them, instead of just one. The prevalence of the deer avatar though... that may be an avatar of the Hunt. There's an argument to be made that the bus itself is an object of the Spiral. Nice of it to provide a cat, though! Multiple times throughout the video, i confused its trills for my pet kitten's noises in my home. A highlight.

I really liked this one. Despite having the "freedom" of being in a vehicle you're very much trapped. And petting a cat for sanity but not being able to spam them cuz it's a cat is pure genius. It also re-opened my mind a bit. The town I grew up in had no public transit but all the different cities I've lived in did. So ringing the bell to request the next stop is second nature to me and remembering back, I never needed to be told how the system worked. It just made sense. Press the button or pull the cord in enough time for the driver to stop. But yeah I guess not all places in the world likely work that way. So if I take the bus in a country outside the ones I've been to, I'll be sure and be careful about how their system works.

To everyone talking about the “Bus Stopping” thing, experiences with buses vary wildly in the States. I have public transport in my small city, but most people, even low income folks, need cars for day to day life. In big cities, there might be a robust, widely used public transport system, but it’s gotta be a BIG city. My first real experience with public transport actually came a couple weeks ago in Toronto. I knew about requesting a stop but didn’t quite know how it worked until then. And it’s kind of confusing the way it’s worded here. “Bus Stopping”? In Toronto, it said “Stop Requested”. Which makes way more sense

I live in an urban downtown area and use the public transportation system on occasion. Past 10pm it def is a horror sim game lmao

Apart from the scary stuff, the first five minutes is a standard UK bus experience 😆 English (if a bit weird voice) and driving on the left. The passenger rings the bell and the ‘Bus Stopping’ sign goes on, the driver stopping at the next stop.

I'm pretty sure the deer creature is a wendigo, and also Sam is the friend the main character is covering for, he says in the beginning, he's helping out his friend who normally drives this bus

Considering you have to play FNAF while driving I totally don’t blame you for hitting rail a few times.

All public transit workers deserve emotional support cats. The things I've seen in broad daylight on buses make me shudder to think what may happen at night! One man was convinced that he was the reincarnation of Jesus and to prove it, he pulled out a knife and cut his arm to give "healing blood" to cure a woman in a wheelchair. This was at 2pm on a busy route. All I can do is hope that both of them found happiness after that, and thank the poor bus driver for acting quickly to keep the man's blood inside his body.

For those who are interested: That deer monster is called Wendigo, an evil spirit that lives in the woods and can mimic human scream for helps, it's a mythical creature out of a folklore. Also the number 666 and 444 are rumored as cursed or evil numbers among paranormal or supernatural fans
