so you have come to me and would like to help in our struggle for ASMR dismantling. well, have a seat and allow me to place a high tech implant so that you may collect data from T.I. and allow us to do what needs to be done.. I will use the usual soft spoken, highly intelligent soft spoken guided narration while I install "the device" using sophisticated tools that relax and stimulate, wait.. I mean eradicate ASMR from your day. but you'll probably still fall asleep due to my overwhelming intellect. and the amazing, satisfying sounds of my install tools.. sleep well peasants!

I went through this, it lasted for two weeks approximately. My taste and smelling altered after that. On the other hand, you'll get natural immunity to this shit, for a half of year or more.

Thanks Doc, for patching me up. My brain wasn't properly processing tingles the right way so ASMR wasn't helping. I loved the part at 3:45 and onward with the hexagon light thing, but if you can try to get a light of a different color. Since that trigger is mostly visual stimuli, having a blue light for someone potentially trying to sleep can be a little counterproductive. Otherwise a great video as always doc, keep up the good work.
