A big reason for high playtime while still having same progress as a low playtime player is because a good money method 3 years ago was 8m/hour. Now you can make 80m/hour. So old players usually have a way higher playtime with less progress compared to new sweaty players ❤
I have 850 hours with like 1.5b nw, a lot of that is because I played years ago and a lot of afk time, but I do tell myself I'm going to work on progressing further. Yet every time I go to play skyblock I end up playing for like 30 mins and feeling like I wasted my time or didn't actually do anything concrete, its kinda sad
w vid, literally everyone in forums or discord servers just go off by saying "gemstone mining" under a farming discussion or a question Farming goog, mining goog, both valid
i have 2000+ hours no afk on skyblock ( stopped counting after that and not counting other.profiles) with like 5b NW and about 250Lvls, I'd say in a game like skyblock you won't have that much fun rushing cause the more you rush the more the grind gets, I and many people agree that early game is the most fun part of the game where you have new things to learn as you progress. it might be the hardest but it's the most engaging and has visible progress. At mid/late game its all same thing over and over again. if you wanna truly want to have fun on skyblock. don't progress instead do goofy shit that you enjoy. most of my playtime is like getting slayer lvl 9 with t3s, spending hundreds of hours analyzing and finding best route for parkour and hidden eggs on my friends island, lobby hopping and leveling up wheat minions on hub to t11 and stuff
ah i commented before watching the video and that comment is completely off topic, i thought it was progression guide from title, thumbnail telling people to rush
I got coop kicked with 19b net and 1.7k hours of playtime. Im currently mining for a setup to do t5 with friends but am at 400 hours with 1b net. If im gonna be honest i feel like thats god awfull considering 60% of my net is loaned but as soon as i have the setup its all gonna be ok.
"For most people your playtime in comparison to your skyblock level isnt anywhere it should be" 3700 hours level 220 here. The only skills that matter are combat and dungeon. All else is cosmetic and ill die on this hill. If you want skyblock exp be prepared to spent 1000s of hours maxxing it for virtually no gain. Every alpha thqt comes out i mac out everything (except enchants due to my current sword enchants being better) and im always disapointed. after cheating in an extra 1000 hours of pure grinding i go up in damage and health by literally 5%... that doesnt even decrease the amount of hits it takes to kill basialy any mobs
