@@shivastrue yep, I don't find bleeds that big of a deal. Usually you just fight through it stimmed or not stimmed and it won't effect 2hko or 3hko. Running a stim for bleeds rather than a long lasting pk or a burst heal, both of which can greatly turn a fight, is wasting a slot.
Blue Blood not only gives you the health regen but it also stops your bleeds. It ends up being like popping an adrenaline and a zagustin at the same time, so I always run that. I definitely feel that its a grade A stim, and would run it instead of adrenaline 100% of the time. Another stim I want to mention is SJ1, although I do not have as solid an argument for if its better than an SJ6, but its half the price and when you pair it with a trim, which your doing to the SJ6 anyway, it feels really good.
Lotta comments about perfotoran, the reason why I don't take it is because it doesn't give as good of a burst heal as adrenaline or pnb, nor does it have a long lasting pk like propital. I just don't find bleeds as that big of a hindrance compared to other debuffs.
Obd2 +sj6 = insane sprint. Ran from crane to path to lighthouse without stopping, can’t remember how many kg but it was 3 guys worth of kit goodies and a drop.
@s s that's what they want you to think... You simply get there and loot the high value spawns before the pmcs and get to extract in the same sprint. You would think 15 minutes of 80% more damage would be bad (15m if u have max metabolism), but the skill boost lets you hear people from light years away. Usually in a fight I'm already in a good position due to hearing them first or I'm looting and running away. It also works as a mule + 20 strength so you're faster, and make less noise.
I'm guessing this guide is for people who don't easily make money since you are showing the cheaper alternatives. If you know how to make money every raid you will be just fine using the usual stims such as mule and green stim. Also I wanna point out that you said sj12 is not needed unless you are a new player and don't know food spawns. Well in my case I have 4k hours and I still use sj12 because after popping trimadol your energy/hydration almost zeroes so you'll defo need to pop one especially if the map is too big like shoreline or woods
I would rather go perfotora than adrenaline on that setup. Just in your example of zagustin vs etg. If you would have perfotora you get rid of those bleeds, get healing for min and heal thorax. But thats just my personal oppinion :D
I use the Obdolbos 2 stim as a mule or Tram/SJ6 replacement because its cheaper than both combos offers more and its dangerous granted, but if I popping it everyone else is already dead most likely.
sj12 actually useful as an emergency energy source when you looted all the sports bags, checked all the scav bodies and checked all possible food spots, and still found nothing, on certain maps food can be scarse or/and within a hotspot that you would've liked to avoid
Yeah I mean you’re just not using mule properly in this comparison. You’re supposed to pop it in the middle of raid to loot things faster and leave while it’s still active. I also get into red weight pretty often finding tank batteries in tech crates. It’s not a waste if money if it gets you out of the raid faster. Time is invaluable.

@NEU 100% not filling your bag that way and not bring out as much ubs as you can. Should be stacking rigs and filling those with high tier loot. But I also get it there's alot of people who are scared of pvp so they avoid it and only loot.

Awesome video! I personally had a very similar setup and had opted for a Blue Blood instead of a Adrenaline for a bleed stopper while also healing and a backup antidote but thinking back I don't think I have ever actually used the stim before because I never seen cultists and I haven't found a need to worry about bleeds so much in general, so definitely dropped this out for the adrenaline!
PNB is so weak 3 propital 1 blue blood 1 sj6 1 obdob 2 obdob 2 is better than mule and you'll regen stamina at pretty much every weight keep the rest of the slots for FiR stims
I keep a 3-(b-TG) in my case as a poor mans MULE and SJ6 combined. 4 minutes of Strenght and Stamina regen is more then enough for me to get out of the raid.
Healing, removes cultist toxin, stops all bleeds for a cheap price this stim always takes a spot in my case. Prefer it to the 110k green stim in the shown case with multiple heavy bleeds. You could top your thorax off and be in a better spot for less cost.
Obdol 2 is the ultimate looter stim. If you're doing stash running or any kind of rat looting, Obdol 2 will greatly increase your speed and rouble making. Many dont realise that Metabolism reduces the duration of negative effects, so popping a propital before odbol 2 makes the negative effect a lot lower than what is stated on the stim. Early on this also gives you an incredible amount of passive healing which should negate some of the huge negatives. With the propital+obdol 2 trick you often have the later half of the raid with only the positive effects of an Odbol 2 stim, which is completely insane. I only realised this strategy for looting quite late into the wipe, but if I were to do it over, I think you could powerlevel immunity and many other soft skills and hoard a huge amount of roubles early by only doing Woods like this.
Obdolbos 2 is very slept on. It's amazing for rushing loot like you said but also quest items, like the UAVs, med spots, antennas or whatever on shoreline. Can farm quests much quicker and can also use it to boost your endurance or strength levels especially with a filter.
I always bring a food stim, I've died too many times because I couldn't get stamina back, or I'll have a blacked thorax and the first tick of damage from exhaustion kills me instantly. It's just so annoying so I deem the slot worth it and It's saved me or a buddy many times.

You completely missed the fact that Perfotoran also acts as a Zagustin, so it's basically Zagu + Propital (for cheaper than a Zagustin). You can do the exact same you said about ETG + Salewa thorax with Perfotora and you won't lose any shots to kill on thorax, will still ,albeit more slowly, regain limb HP and won't be down 120K
I also run blue blood instead of a zag and adrenaline. But he didn't miss it, he argued etg stops bleed health loss while he focuses on healing thorax with first aid. It's a different approach but you also have to understand that etg heals very fast
Most of the comments down here are about perfotoran but the point is, yes perfotoran stops bleeds but imo bleeds are not that important. What matters more are other effects and perfotoran doesn't have as good of a burst heal as adrenaline or pnb, nor does it have a long pk like propital. So running it takes up a slot you couldve left open for loot as other stims can fill the exact same role while doing more in other situations.
you didnt mention the fact that if youre running a bigboy armor, the obdolbos 2 debuff doesnt matter as much, adding 80% to blunt damage in exchange for being superman is worth it
i def believe in the perfora or w.e. as a adrenaline sub. i can pop the perfora and not have bleeds and still get health regen while toppin my thorax off. with a slight movement buff. for way longer than a adrenaline. other than that i fully agree and thank you for the vid
Mule increases carry weight by 50% what does that mean? It means practically an entire weight bracket is shifted. Your red turns yellow and now you can sprint when you were red. I worded it that way because there is 0 reason for me to read what the stim does verbatim. Why would I say "this stim increases carry weight by 50%" when you can literally read the description for it.

For the first scenario, you have to click drag your heals save right chick your etg, that seems like it's going to take 4+ seconds to complete. Otherwise if you hit your hot key for heal it's going to go for the bleed over your thorax.
i run Mule always. has helped me carry out pmcs armours and armoured rigs along with their guns. the damage that mule does isnt too noticeable so i never use it with propital
@@osbjmg the bad thing with trim/sj6/3bt-g is that if you get stuck in a fight on your way out then the stim is probably gonna wear off before you get close to an extract. But with a mule you have time to chill and either take the fight or make a big flank.
nope still has pk effect and health regen for basically no downside and only 20k, honestly if im running enough gear i will always have one in my rig and one in my case so i have one on a hotkey if i need to pk quickly
Obd2 is better than Mule this wipe and currently cheaper, no dmg debuff but instead health regen -1 and stam recovery -1, max stamina negative is negated by the endurance lvl but depends on if you're elite or not. It also lasts for 30 minutes, but you'd want healing for it now. Also want to add that it also massively increases stamina if you reach Elite level endurance with it, since you get 50% max stamina from Elite bonus, also if you reach elite strength your guns won't weigh you down, so much higher carrying capacity. That's without mentioning looting speeds as well as hearing radius, which can save you if it makes you hear the other guy before thay can hear you.
YOU DONT GET 1 SHOT WHEN RUNNING NAKED IN FACT ALOT OF TIMES WHEN NAKED THE SHOTS THAT WILL KILL IN ONE SHOT WHEN SOMEONE HAS ARMOR WILL TAKE 2 OR 3 SHOTS TO KILL UNLESS ITS HEADSHOTS
