I got lunch detention once, which meant that I ate lunch in a quiet classroom. As a super introverted person, it was the best lunch I’ve ever had to this date 😂
i had detention before class for chewing gum once, and the literal only word that was spoken the entire time from me walking in to sitting down alone in the room with my teacher was when i pulled out a book to read and he just said "no." and then i memorized the digits of pi bc they were on a poster in the room lol
My only lunch detention was in my freshman year of high school, during home ec class....after cooking, every group was supposed to clean the workspace really well & my group left something in the sink (I don't even know what it was because I wasn't in charge of washing the dishes that day) and because I was the "lead" cook for that day...I got the detention for it. LOL...I was pissed
Dylan hating “quirky parents” made me so sad. her parents’s relationship and their relationship with her (really their family dynamic) is one of my favorite aspects of this movie!
Me too! It actually felt like her and her parents loved one another and had a close bond, as opposed to most teen movies where the parents don’t even seem to care about their kids.
This was a year ago and he called him sideburns. He didn’t even connect it in the video about gossip girl when he called the same guy the exact same thing
Fun fact: I attend the high school where this was filmed at, and this film is my tiny town’s only claim to fame. And lemme tell you, it is a total trip to see the buildings that I go to every day in an actual movie
bro that school is a literal heaven, how big is it?!!! you just get put into a slightly bigger apartment building and teeny tiny garden in my country and that's bout it. this is on whole another level.
Callista Yip I hated Dan 😂 cause if he was Gossip girl then that means he was harassing and stalking his girlfriend in the name of love which is fucked up. So FUCKED up. But yeah, Selena’s antics got tiring after a while.
Honestly, on Sundays I’m waiting for his video. Swear, when he uploads on Monday I think “well this is a late upload” even though the series is called Movie Commentary Monday. It’s just Sundays now lmao he can’t change Movie Commentary Monday to Monday’s lmaooo
"Why is there an "A" for adulterer? Adulterer starts with a U." Me: "No, it doesn't" definition flashes on screen, spelled udulterer Me: has to Google it just to double check
Seriously. I rang through over $500,000 worth of merchandise my first six months as a cashier at Home Depot. It racks up quick, especially over in the lumber department.
@@janaelovely4010 he went to a rehearsal dinner, then he said it was over early because in the rehearsal he only had one line to rehearse. You get it? Like rehearsals for a play.. Ha.. Ha ha
@@Kristianalexisyeah.. that's the part they're referring to. He hadn't mentioned twilight before that despite talking about an actor that was in twilight, UNTIL the movie mentions twilight then he talks about it
I forgot how much I liked this movie. It would have been perfect if it weren't for the "happy ending" coming from everyone learning that she wasn't a "slut." When the REAL lesson should have been to NOT slut-shame.
I always saw it as more "don't treat someone differently because of rumors because you don't know the real story" but I agree. I do wish the point was to not shut shame. That would have been so much better.
Jessica, ever since I first heard about who you were, I've known that you are pure of heart. God bless you always. That is from your biggest fan, Derek Thomas Lirio. It's fine if you've never heard of me, look me up and there is a whole lot to read about your biggest fan.
For one brief, shining moment I forgot that there was a movie called Burlesque that isn't actually burlesque at all (it's cabaret at best, but I guess there was already a movie by that name.) Reality is a cold mistress.
oh my god i used to want Olives parents to be mine so bad... especially stanely and her house seemed real nice like she really got rid of all her clothes and bought a whole new wardrobe. Also this movie was revolutionary for its time and it still hits hahaha
Dylan: time for snackss.. and what do I got? Everyone: SOUR PATCH KIDS Dylan: Reesses pieces MISDIRECT Misdirect misdirect.. You betrayed the Sour patch kids...
I used Easy A for an assignment a few months ago... it’s a really good film for looking at differences between genders, since some of it is so visible... like... the social aspects of this movie could be based off of real life, even if it’s over the top... 😳 👉👈
Is no one gonna talk about how she made people watch her live stream by implying it was going to be a strip video and her teacher was watching like.... maybe he just knew she was lying???
I love your love for Stanley Tucci, The Tucc is indeed the most versatile actor out there. Also the love that I have for this movie is beyond comprehension, I remember watching it on repeat for a week
the accelerated velocity of terminological inexactitude basically means the study of how fast, false rumours spread in a certain amount of time or, as she said, “lies travel fast.”
As an Animal Science student who attends a agricultural and engineering college, I can also attest to math labs being a thing. It’s essentially extra HW where you don’t really discuss much so people kinda just shuffle around and keep themselves entertained.
Can I just say how cool the opening credits where. Also, Jim Carrey is probably one of the only people who can say what he said about Emma Stone and everyone would forget about it
Whenever I’d go to my neurotherapist, she would always have a stack of movies sitting by the desk I’d sit at, and Easy A was one of them. I was always curious about it but never actually told her I’d want to watch it. Thank *god* .
Fun fact "Easy A" was mainly shot in Ojai, California, USA. Filming also took place at EUE/Screen Gems. Filming locations included Nordhoff High School, Libbey Park, Ojai Coffee Roasting Co, Ojai Playhouse, and Bart's Books. Ojai, CA. The film was shot in June 2009, much of it at Nordhoff High School (the name is changed to Ojai North High School in the movie). Many Nordhoff students were extras in the film. “Easy A” director Will Gluck, who lives in Ojai, said in the film’s production notes that the small-town setting was key.
