Yeah, given that Super Mario Bros. Wonder is on the way, I can't imagine we'll see a Mario Maker 3 until at least next year. With the Switch 2 on the horizon, I wonder if it will be by the end of next year.

On the mushroom level you want to hit it when it's just barely on the right side of the block. That way it's skipping as much of the block as possible. The "big ones" are ironically slower because they were hit later.

You know something, having a sideline announcer like in sports and wrestling would be great to add to some of these Mario videos but you'd just have to have some kind of edited in announcer cheering and getting amazed that's really good with celebrating words.

13:30 i agree, MM1 doesn't really have the variety of content that MM2 has, and nintendo's decision to do thirty lives for the most difficult mode is really dumb versus MM1 was one hundred but the levels were completely random. i still prefer MM2 and i know it's possible to technically do "100 man" in MM2 with some creative editing but it's not the same or you'd do it more often.

I feel like Endless should have the same rule as super worlds when it comes to lives, if you collect one give you it immediately. Sure that would eventually mean you max'd out if folks keep making levels like that, but the mode is called /endless/, not "try again every five minutes."
