My mom was the one who was chaotic and explosive. She would have huge outbursts or meltdowns, and then turned to me to make her feel better, even if I was the one she exploded at. I finally told her and my dad in January that I need some space to heal, and blocked them both. Now I feel like I’m crashing through life as a newborn adult, and I’m making so many mistakes. It’s been extremely painful. I really resonated with what you said about being an endurer and having a stoic face while there’s a storm raging inside. People tell me all the time that I have a calm demeanor and it baffles me so much. It also makes me feel completely invisible, which I guess is my own doing, but I had no idea until now. Healing your inner child is the most powerful thing you can do for your soul as it liberates you on such a deep level wow. I believe you truly have to become your mum and father within what you never had and adore yourself like a newborn child. Your paradigm will shift and everything outside of you will match this all fall away. I have a really toxic relationship towards my inner child when it comes to anger, because I got abused throughout my life multiple times from choleric people, emotionally and physically. And I never wanted to become like these people.. but instead developed covert narcissistic traits to get what I want and to be able to cope properly. Not really better characteristics to be honest. Yesterday I felt a lot of suppressed rage and anger, for the first time in a while.. and I tried my best to just let it be and experience it, but its hard...

You are spot on concerning my life when you spoke about endurance. I was called "cool as a cucumber", unphased, and calm as a child and throughout my early twenties. I literally just the other day came to terms with knowing that all of the issues I’ve experienced in my life have stemmed from my childhood and feeling abandoned/outcasted etc. I realized this years ago but I think I wasn’t ready to accept it and kept thinking it was something else. I finally truly accepted that it altered my way of being. So now I’m on the hunt for information on how to tackle this head on. But I admit I’m pretty exhausted and am feeling resentful towards my family again. Hopefully something positive will come from it.

well that explains why ive been feeling like shit leading up to this 😂 holy hell my body is so burnt out and i’m not doing much these days or going out either! i know we’re all feeling it, doesn’t matter if you shut the world away and go in your closet and hide away pretending none of this is real and you’re all alone. you will still be connected to and affected by the collective energy and all that is. none of us are ever truly separate from everything that’s going on “out there”.

I am just making my motorcycly driver licence but man, do I get trifggered by the teacher: unreliable, playing games, testing me, double messages, saying this, doing that, having high expectations, not giving but expecting, self centered, talks of himself, only wants to know things about me in order to manipulate me. And I am like: ohm....ohm...ohm...he is not the problem, my triggers are and I know it, I own it, I heal it. So I meditate, breath, cry, release, letting go...it works. It is no fun, but it works and I know: when I am done, this will never effect me like this ever again and that is worth all the work. I am already manifesting a healthy male energy after this encounter. Right now, I am - as a female - very much in my male energy, because if I do not do it, no one will. Concerning the chakras: the sacral chakra is healing. Much love to all of us and this channel.

Sometimes when i try to sleep my minds eye loops a montage of aggressive negativity and pop songs in the background that beats my mental state into a state of agony until i go back for another dose of toxic media... Like conditioned withdrawal

My soul manifests in the background apparently. The building literally shook lightly the moment my inner thoughts, not shared with anyone else, came out prominently in someone else's innuendo, that put the person I was thinking about; on the spotlight. I've never had these events occur before, and thought it'd just be another billionth cycle of the same thing, but divine intervention had occurred. My inner knowing feels that things will go in my favor, I'm just still wrapping my head around why the timing for things are so precise nowadays. Info. pulled from source almost, because I stumble on info. just before something major happens. Weird stuff going on, and they get gradually stronger as the months go by.

Thank you so much for this fantastic video! I have been on this journey myself from the shame and abuse I always endured. I was so ashamed because of my drug abuse. I also had a ton of abuse from previous marriage. There's a lot there! Anyhow, I was given a miracle I have been clean since April 6th 2024. Now, many would say " not a big deal" yes it is. I typically have horrible seizures whenever I would quit. To the point of almost dying multiple times. I have been given the opportunity to not hate myself. To build a channel to show people healing as it happens. I've been given a miracle. Thank you, I've been looking for different approaches to help me with different ways to heal.

Hi, I've never felt so seen until I watched this video. I am 100% an endurer; all my life, people have said the same things you said. I have a calm demeanour, never get angry, and apparently not emotional (stoic). This is insane because if anyone could take a peak inside me, they would know how emotional I am. And you are so right about not being able to connect with the divine masculine. My dad is such an explosive guy, which made me reject everything that reminded me of him, and that's how I'm so passive, unable to withstand confrontation without crying and so afraid of being angry. He taught me that being angry was mean and bad, so I thought anger was a horrible emotion. I looked down on people who got angry; why were they taking it so personally? They needed to go with the flow. I convinced myself that letting things slide was the better option. Then, I was shocked at how the consequences of these choices over the years turned into a lack of self-trust, low self-esteem, poor self-actualization, and becoming a people pleaser. All because I didn't want to be a bully like my dad. And how could I forget my aversion to men because of how much they terrify me (I grew up with 6 brothers for the bulk of my adolescence until I turned 11 and my little sister was born). All of them were militant, strict and bullies and used physical tactics if I wasn't following what they told me to do. I'm 20 now, but I can't even be near men without being so hypervigilant; it's insane!! I didn't connect with my feminine energy because that flame got stomped out by the men in the family. My mum was a silent, passive woman, so I couldn't rely on her, and I couldn't connect to any masculine energy because my childhood trauma made it so repulsive to me. It's a whole mess, ugh. But I've become more aware of these faults. I know I can't live this way anymore, and I'm doing small things to fix all these issues. I got a customer service job where I can interact with men more often. I'm currently doing taekwondo (girls only; the men's only one gave me too much stress) to be more in my body and foster more self-trust. I'm trying to do shadow work in my journal every night. Lastly, I listen to affirmations when I sleep. Hopefully, the compound effects of this will be evident in 6 months. I'm not sure how to work on connecting to my masculine and feminine energies since I'm so used to rejecting both of them, but I'll figure it out. Sorry for the trauma dumping, but this video is very enlightening!!

Inner child healing absolutely is a big theme for me recently and it changes so much for the better. I used to need so much validation from others and now I feel how I need it less and less and it's a must heal connection. I also love to add inner teenager and younger self to the healing

Yes, resonating. Had a breakthrough yesterday. It finally clicked for me after consuming over a year of self-help content. I realized I can decide what I did and did not like, to choose to keep the good I found and leave the rest behind. I reached a point where I could detach from the trauma and accept that I don’t have to change the past. I was healing from a breakup and more that came with the relationship, but it also healed my inner child with the oppression and sexual abuse I faced. Saying “I do not like that” is our power. You don’t have to mold anything to fit to your standards. You can say, hey that was lame. And decide it is not for you. And move forward with what you prefer instead. These words, I’ve studied for a very long time. It’s been years of healing. But don’t give up and remain kind to yourself. Bless

I can 100% relate , and you know it feels so refreshing, I'm finally starting to be confident not lying at myself, I'm finally connecting to myself again to my sense of identity, to my hobbies, it feels like continuing the story with my normal and healed self after all those years , and incredible things are happening in my life , but now i feel angry like so much about the people who crossed their boundaries with me , it's making me so angry

They require so much from me yet I know I AM BLESSED to be their mother. Lord Jesus give me strength as I struggle with rent and as I struggle to provide groceries for my children. Could not get away from my abandonment triggers the past few weeks, like I can’t get on social media or listen to a lot of music even. A few years ago when I started my spiritual journey there was a day where everything felt different, then I started to notice my friends, family and partner were acting like way different. I’m very energetically sensitive and even the energy I felt from their responses didn’t feel the same. It kind of freaked me out and still does to this day. They haven’t changed back and it makes me really sad. I LITERALLY was thinking about how stressful my relationship with my dad is right before I opened this app and this is the first video I clicked. Been healing my inner child the past couple weeks, especially in regards to relationship patterns and how i do not allow my emotions to be expressed in the ways they deserve to be! With this cancer new moon coming up, the throat chakra and emotions have been a focus of mine.

Damn, man… the timing of this. I just sunk low after a clash with “the mother” so this was extra helpful to hear. Felt like you were describing me when you discussed the freeze response and “the endurer”. I generally rest in a higher state of consciousness, but I can get hit with heavy existential dysphoria where I just don’t want to play this earth game any more. That feeling of being a neon unicorn in a world of show ponies so long that you feel like you’re never going to “be normal” or fit in the system the way society expects you to.

It started it 123, them went 234, 456. I was literally just telling my boys I’m on the last step & then BAM💥 I literally had a timeline shift! I am a universal Chanel but it has been really hard for me growing up in an LDS church. I finally just really woke up after all these years thinking I was woke because I was a channel lol. Very interesting to learn from you about being the endurer. I always felt stuck or like I can't be myself around my parents, they are loving, but I noticed a lot of hurrying and loudness sometimes. Bicketing between them that is not serious but as a child it felt like anxiety I became like you said someone calm, stoic in a way around them when I'm actually much more fun and silly when I'm around my close friends. One moment is in my mind and it's when a classmate told me that I have "zero emotions". Man was he wrong and now it makes sense after listening to your video. Thanks!

Omg. So simply explained, yet I have been trying to grasp this 'issue' with masculine energy (and loop with man) for I don't know how long. Ty! I notice that I indeed freeze, but also have no clue on how or what to do differently. And getting tired from trying, when it only makes the stones come from another window (or are replaced with balls). But I see now, that I should go to my core to tell myself my feelings are/where valid. So it will not show up in my reality anymore. Already noticed this energy coming in trough other channels I was wishing for/depending on, after accepting I had trouble with masculine energy (or the way it wasn't present(ed) in my life, till now). Focusing on how to change things, still keeps 'the issue' in the field.
