Yardbrah! You be spoilin' us with these rapidfire vids! You're the best! Working with about 9k of yard and wish I could use a BP sprayer. Just started mixin up my own elixer and using a hose end sprayer to apply. Had good results this steamy summer. Did 2 apps.of iron and one time added some liguid N with hydratain. My neighbors think im coating my lawn with spray paint 😂 Always learning... thanks to you!!
Had same issue with my sprayer! Was going to be pissed buying another one and decided to do full disassembly and found a filter was plugged as well as the tip. Clean Yo Tips!
Great channel you are super funny and thanks for giving the tips to the community. I’ve been doing the spoonfeeding for my lawn since June I live in North Carolina. I’m about to aerate the yard in September. When should I stop spoon feeding and when should I start back? Thanks again.
Hey @YardBrah ! Love your videos. I look forward to your company every week. I bought a house last year and the lawn is my next project. It was mostly St. Aug, but the bad central Texas frost last year killed most of it. Now it looks like I have a mix of weeds and other grass types coming in. The St. Aug is fighting, but I cannot afford to plug or resod (~11k sqft). The lawn is high traffic with dogs and has 5 shade trees on property. Would you recommend going to Bermuda or filling in the St Aug until it spreads on its own? What would you recommend? Any advice you have would be much appreciated. Keep it up! \m/
@YardBrah, I commented on one of your videos where you tried the new mower, about which lawn mowers to get. I finally got the EGO, and I’ll tell you it’s great. I’ll try the other one wants I got extra cash, but I really appreciate your recommendation.
What setting are you using when you spray. I find that anything over level 1 gets me too much over spray. And for foiler apps fine mist is better and for soil ammendment bigger drops are better.
Question, I have all my tools, roller, leveling rake, compost/ peet moss spreader, back pack sprayer,. Would hydotain be good for seeding a new lawn? Being it holds moisture in the soil? Or does it not work that way?
Yo @yardbrah thoughts on mixing water retaining crystals in your lawns soil? Something like Miracle-Gro Water Storing Crystal. I’m sure something cheaper exists.

Look, (I've asked this before and hopefully you read this one if not that's ok I'm new here and I know there's so much more people that deserve a response) I just wonder if you ever have heard or tried Barenbrug Turf Saver RTF (So called Rhyzomateous high Tech used in ball fields). See, I like my grass on dark green, highly resistant to heat (I live in in hell of a heat Oklahoma) but also a bit traffic tolerant so I can have my nephews and son playing around in the backyard without worrying about damaging the turf beyond recovery. I noticed you are going Blackout Turf Type Tall Fescue for the Back Back. What would you recommend me?
I've tried Barenbrug turf blue pro (very nice Kentucky blue) and barenbrug RPR... all very light cultivars though.... The blackout TTTF also has a rhizome cultivar in there as well I can't wait to see it. It's supposed to be very hardy as well for foot traffic etc... a lot of our dudes here go blackout tttf mixed with blackout Kentucky blue to really get some auto damage repair going ☺️🤙🏾

Getting my trim and gutters replaced. They put down materials on my lawn. I got home and took it off my lawn same day. 3 days later..grass died where they put the materials on my lawn. Not a big deal because I'm doing a huge overseed in that area. But wtf 😮 10 sqft of dead grass because they didn't think. At the end of the day, it ain't shit.
