We have a commerce basic plan, just upgraded today. We are not seeing the options on this screen, just see the options to link it to stripe, paypal, and square... help?

Squarespace Payments will be rolling out to users in the United States in the coming months and will launch in additional markets later in 2024.

can you guys do a video on what types of payments you can use with the powerhouse membership? I was hoping to see how to add Venmo, ACH payments, and even zelle if any of that is possible. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out! If you are using the Acuity Scheduling Powerhouse plan currently we only support PayPal, Stripe or Square. We have more on connecting these payment processors here: sqsp.link/Cl7qxM We have a tutorial on how to connect these here as well: sqsp.link/gYtki9 That said, we've suggested to our development team the ability to accept payments with these additional payment processors. While we can't guarantee implementation of every suggestion, customer feedback is an important part of how we continue to improve our platform, so we appreciate your input. So I already had stripe then added SquareSpace payments. Do I need both?

After adding Squarespace Payments, your site will switch to use that instead of Stripe directly. With Squarespace Payments, you can conveniently handle payments, transactions, and payouts all in a single platform.

@@squarespacehelp thanks for the quick response, are you planning to make it possible in the eu on some point? I just would like to give my costumer the possibility to pay by card but still get the income on my PayPal business account.

We’re not able to guarantee that Squarespace Payments will be supported outside the United States, but we’ve shared your feedback with our development team for consideration. For now, you can use Stripe to accept credit and debit card payments: sqsp.link/guUidr We should note that Squarespace Payments doesn’t sync with PayPal or deposit funds into a PayPal account. You can offer PayPal as another payment option on your site, though. For information on accepting PayPal, see this guide: sqsp.link/xPkLDY
