▪ potatoes - 600…800 g
▪ salmon - 300 g
▪ processed cheese - 150 g
▪ cream 33% - 100 ml
▪ water - 200 ml
▪ olive oil - 2…3 tablespoons
▪ butter - 20 g
▪ salt - ¾ tsp
▪ dry garlic - 1 teaspoon
▪ oregano - 1 teaspoon
▪ black pepper - ¼ tsp
READY:
0:07 Peel the potatoes and cut into medium pieces. Cut the salmon into pieces, slightly smaller than the potato pieces. Grate melted cheese.
0:56 Pour olive oil into a preheated pan, add a piece of butter, put potatoes and fry over high heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
1:33 Add salmon, stir and cook 3 minutes.
1:47 Add salt, dry garlic, oregano, black pepper. Stir.

2:19 Pour in the cream and hot water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. The potatoes should be soft and the sauce should thicken.
