CORN RIBS (For 4 people, Preparation: 10 minutes, Cooking: 25 minutes)
Ingredients:
4 pieces of corn
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of powdered red pepper
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
For Chili Mayonnaise Sauce:
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 clove of crushed garlic
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (chili sauce)
For the top:
A handful of fresh mint (finely chopped)

CORN TEMPURA (For 4 people, Preparation: 10 minutes, Cooking: 10 minutes)
Ingredients:
200 grams canned corn (drained)
1/2 cup mineral water
2 tablespoons of flour
2.5 tablespoons of corn flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
For Sauce:
1/2 cup of cold water
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
4 leaves of fresh basil
1 lime zest
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove of garlic (crushed)

CORN PUREE (For 4 people, Preparation: 20 minutes, Cooking: 15 minutes)
Ingredients:
1 potato (big, boiled)
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 cup of cream
2 teaspoons of salt
200 grams of canned corn (soaked in boiling water)
1 pinch of chives (or fresh onions)

ROASTED CHEESE CORN (3 portions, Preparation: 5 minutes, Cooking: 15 minutes)
Ingredients:
3 whole corns
1 tablespoon of butter
4 tablespoons of cream cheese
50 grams of Izmir tulum cheese (grated)
1 teaspoon red chili powder

SAUCED CORN IN A CUP (For 2 people, Preparation: 5 minutes, Cooking: 5 minutes)
Ingredients:
150 grams of canned corn (soaked in hot water)
1 teaspoon of butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon of parmesan (grated)
1 teaspoon chili pepper
1 pinch of fresh coriander
Good to know:
1) All sizes of water glasses in our recipes are equal to standard 200 ml water glasses.
