I’m confused too. What they said about collagen not being a usable protein source made me super confused. They also said plant protein was a no, then a yes if it was their plant protein. Yet beans were a okay source of protein even though beans are plant based. Very confusing.
Thank you for the reminder that women can’t get as bulky as men when we lift weights. I love lifting, and know a lot of women are afraid of doing so because they don’t want to be as ripped as a man is.

This is exactly what I've been thinking this last year, 2023. I'm 59, and I've not been in a long (years)time due to Meneieres disease. I'm getting better now, thanks to my chiropractor. I now have no muscle mass. I have what looks like a 3 mth pregnancy belly. I've not gained weight because I have no muscle. Y'all talked about optimizing hormones. I have no hormones, I don't have a thyroid. I take Levothyroxine. I have some hair loss, and I'm cold all the time. I had a hysterectomy, nothing there. I'm not sure if there is any hope for me now. Thanks for this information.
