The recipe for "Dutch steak" was invented by chefs in the former Czechoslovakia in Central Europe. Its name in the old standards is "Pork chop with cheese" The Dutch and the rest of the world, of course, had no idea about the recipe. He probably got his nickname because grated hard cheese was added to the minced meat. Mashed potatoes and iceberg lettuce in a sweet and sour pickle are suitable as a side dish.
