I just did a banana hair mask last night. Great for moisture. I've never seen cooked rice for hair treatments though. This is different. Learn something new every day.
Will love to try, thankyou. I have not used shampoo or conditioner for nearly 3yrs, full of nasty chemicals. I wash hair with a beaten egg, rinsing with cool water. I Have been using rice water once a month, thou do miss odd month out. My hair is long , shiny n very curly, will try this thou if need shampoo to get it out of the hair, i*m flumoxed.
Yes, love a DIY. I make and sell my own hair products. Store bought products have too many chemicals in them. I make my own shampoo (contain rice water) and my mask is a rice, banana, or avocado mask and I make my own oils. Hair growth oils…even for babies.
Thanks for this treatment. I am going to try this my next wash day. Before the water dries down I will reserve some of the rice mar to add to the blender.

I have really thin thin hair . ..so i try rice water on clean hair for 20min....when i washed it the normal shedding minimal took place...but after i rinsed the rice water out ...hair everywhere...now the rice business scared me a little .please tell me if there's a downside to some hair ...just need thicker hair ..

I wouldn't leave it on too long. For the little one many only use a few tbsp of the banana rice mask with store bought conditioner & test out. Also a few tips of olive oil. Little ones require slow & test since their body systems are just starting out.
Any kind of rice will do 👍 although if u can get brown rice, it's way more better since it also contains protein. I achieved so much growth using brown rice soaked for 3 days way way back but the disadvantage is that it stinks. U can minimize the odour with essential oils and then make a DIY shampoo mixed with black soap, castor oil and apple cider to really wash it off the hair
