@@pas100657 I agree. So sorry. We’ve had a very trying 2023 with aging parents, cancer, and losing a brother in law and coworker. Been a rough one, but these videos have truly been therapeutic to us. Nick , this one is gorgeous! What makes it stand of for me is the vines growing over the porches, giving such an ambiance to dining or drinking Al fresco while looking out over the lovely scenery❤️. Quite a price for all one gets, historic building, new building, well, grounds, so well appointed for bed-baths, kitchen, and even the small master bedroom courtyard foe morning coffee or evening cocktail. Very nice and very affordable, too. Thank you for another wonderful trip to the Italian countryside, Nick!🥰

At an age when you look for a place to spend your golden years, this move in ready house is for me. The garden is well established and I can fantasize sitting under the grape vine picking what I want to go with my glass of wine. Folks , the bonus is that you don’t need to start a garden, plant fruit trees and hope to live long enough to get to here. And what’s wrong with driving an open top sports car, a Morgan 3-wheeler or a Harley Davidson ?

not houses for sale, but airbnbs in italy, which are in the rural area, are generally so cheap. u can get a villa with a pool for so cheap. however u need a car to get there, so EU residents living around italy can drive from their country, which specifically make a plus for EU residents who want to have vacation in italy.

Nick, Is it possible to buy a detached house AND have neighbors????? Every single video I have watched always has a house completely isolated. Don't Italians believe in neighborhoods? Is there a law that you can't build a house within a quarter of a mile of another house??

Well you’re right again Nick, I don’t believe the price! I have been looking for an answer to a specific question, please. I did watch your restaurant setting video (you were eating lunch) about foreigners buying Italian properties but am still unclear on exactly how much time we can spend in Italy (I’m American). Is it 3 months a year or is it 3 months, then cross the border (to say, France), for a day or two then cross back over? Provided we are still employed in the U.S. or retired. Thank you. LOVE your videos.

A terrace with vines is so nice. Beautiful house. I get the impression that the barn is the wrong way around? The entrance is at the back, on the other hand the terrace is near the kitchen and the bedroom has a nice garden view. Love your property tours.
