I think his the purpose of his show is that to proof wrong the Maine stream media that Africa is also beautiful, and to change people perceptions and to restore the positive image of Africa, because people around the world now the bad side of Africa, most of the time, it is not even 100% all like that. I've seen nothing but starving children with flies on their faces, poverty, war, disease and death in Africa for *decades.* I've seen it in mainstream media, on the news, in Hollywood films and on the TV since I was a small child. I guarantee if you turn on your TV right now, the next thing you see about Africa will *still be that stuff.* Wode Maya is showing us the stuff we have never seen before. There's more than enough of the other stuff. We don't need anymore.
