My Filipina invited me to meet her family on Valentines day. I got kidnapped by the mother, aunts, sisters, and they kept shoving food down my throat and treating my like a royal guest. And of course, the father and her brothers got to test my basketball skills because I'm young and 6 foot 1. Were all pretty much family at this point. I freaking love this country! True indeed brother Phil alot of these young girls didn't grow up with a father in the household. They are very unappreciative & nasty in there actions. You can tell a lot of them grew up without a father, sad to say.

I disagree slightly. I’ve encountered women who have had and love their fathers and become worldly as you mentioned. Unfortunately, their dads accept the poor behavior and decision making of their daughters because that’s “their baby”. I find it sick and disturbing.

I got my valentine day "wake-up call" almost 30 years ago. And I dropped that chick shortly after she displayed that ungrateful behavior. But since then, right until this very day, there is no acknowledgment of valentine day, period.
