We have a 43 park owned home mobile home park in Monroe Louisiana (plus 2 lot rents and 15 additional empty lots). If you know of someone who may be interested in buying the entire mhp?

Great work owning and operating this community. I do know an investor in Monroe, however he is mainly looking for individual mobile homes to purchase and fast turn for a profit. My apologies I cannot be of more help on this one. However definitely make sure the mobile home is listed online at sites such as loopnet, mobilehomeparkstore, and crixi. Once your park is on these sites it will be seen by most serious mobile home park buyers. Hope this helps and points you in the right direction. Great job again with this community. Hope it is very profitable for you. Keep up the great work moving forward.

Is the course they are talking about the free course or the 1-on-1? I am out in PHX AZ and a mentor of mine currently working with mobile homes and gave me a link to your videos. He took another course that he did not recommend but sent me your way.

Good question. Everyone I interview on these podcasts or videos is working with me one on one. The free course is only for folks to understand if mobile home investing is right for them. The free course contains just a drop in the bucket of what is truly needed when it comes to being a well-rounded and thorough mobile home investor.

@@MobileHomeFormula great thank you for that information! I am taking the mini course now. I did send an email as well with the same question. Thanks for your response.

I got quoted 8600 dollars for a mobile home move for 30 miles. This included putting tires and axles, tongue, take off the blocks and put back on the blocks. Doesn’t include hookups. It’s in Kansas so it’s not coming out of the mountains of anything. Is this the going price now. I’ve never seen anyone pay this much. Any help on if this is a good price would be much appreciated.

Thanks for commenting. My apologies for the delay in this comment reply to you. I assume by now you may have already made a decision on who to use moving forward with regards to the moving. I have certainly moved my fair share of mobile homes in your state. The moving costs are absolutely lower in Kansas than they are in most other areas of the country. $8600 would be an adequate price for a double wide mobile home. However a single wide mobile home should absolutely be less than $5000, and if you call around to a handful of movers or mobile home transportation companies (which you should to compare rates and friendliness and experience) you will likely find this exact same service can be done for less than $3500. I hope this helps and makes sense. Lastly, Google search the movers name and company name to see if you can find anything negative on them. This may help you avoid a problem working with shady movers. If you have any follow-up questions big or small please never hesitate to reach back out anytime. All the best.

@@MobileHomeFormulathanks for your reply. That’s what I thought in terms of price I’ve been able to get another quote from a Kansas mover and it was even more expensive. I know it shouldn’t be. Ive done a lot of looking around in Kansas and there aren’t nearly as many options for movers as Missouri and Oklahoma. Do movers from those states come to Kansas to move.
