Pretty hard to say he is for the people when he props up a government that hasn't balanced a budget in all of their 8 years in power, and ballooned our national debt to unthinkable levels. Yes Jagmeet, you and Trudeau are leaving a legacy to young people, a massive national debt with crippling interest payments that outweigh social spending in many areas. Shameful! Carbon tax that does nothing for global emissions but inflates the cost of everything here in Canada. A goal of net zero that stifles our natural resource development. My Canada includes the prairies as well as Quebec! Now, think of this, we are inching closer to increased global conflict. The last thing we want or need in Canada is a Khalistan separatist/religious extremist leading our country in times of war. I'll admit that Jagmeet is a likeable guy, and does certainly seem to value peace and respect for all, but is it a coincidence that our relations with India are in the toilet? While he was vowing to use all powers available to him to hold Modi responsible, I'm sure many Canadians and people around the world question where his loyalties are.

I voted NDP last election but thi time will switch because the main reason is CPC sent me a yard sign and NDP has not even though I tried for years to get one for the front yard. I give up, they dont give a crap about us.
If we wanna focus on canadians true wants and needs..perhaps we should do a national poll and encourage all CITIZENS of voting age to participate..say all parties get an equal amount of undisclosed questions of their choice to ask in the poll, the public can gauge the answers 1 to 5, most important to least important, and at the end hopefully figure out the best way to move forward as a country with the true wants and needs of the people..or atleast have a neutral and clear perspective of it. Of coarse we'd have to come up with a way to make it fraud proof and insure integrity which could be wishful thinking I dunno, and I'm not saying make it legally binding..but atleast it's something.
