For all those wondering if he still has to serve the 5 years or remaining thereof in jail...no he does not. Judge says 5 years "commuted to time served." Commuted = to lesson. So Judge basically said I'm giving you 5 years in jail but I am lessoning it to the time you have already served in jail.

The condition of his probation, will require him to start a new life, and he definitely cannot hang with his old home boys. But the fact that he cannot enter the metro-Atlanta area is almost like living in exile. But I guess that's better than spending the next 40 years behind bars.

The sweet spot would’ve been… eight years with credit for the time he’s done. In a perfect world, he would get five years with a credit for the time he’s done, but to be “fair” to the other side 8 years would’ve been the spot.
