The true story of a brave British woman who jumps into British waters despite the countless turds and risk of serious illness from all the millions of gallons of raw sewerage dumped from the marvellous water companies.
Yes I know that, it’s a satirical sarcastic comment. And also it’s not just the Thames the sewage is going into, its multiple companies dumping into rivers and bodies of water in England including seafronts which are clearly in this trailer.
I loved her being Rey but with this movie (and i dont dislike movies about swimming!) I feel like i would only watch it because of her popularity and not because the storyline told in this movie trailer hit hard....
At my best I could swim 3 miles. Likely 5 miles if my live depended on it. After 2.x miles your body loses so much heat it is like you are not warmed up anymore, so just 4-5 miles would be s struggle. I think you would have to swim at a slower pace, pack on some fat, and load up on carbs. That and a lot of practice in open waters might give you a 0.01% chance of success.
I'd love to do that 😍🙂 I love swimming 🏊♀️ I wouldn't even want to swim the channel' for the fame, I just want to swim, cause I love being in the water. ❤💧🏊♀️😄
Why not tell the actual true, gritty, warts and all story without all the hollywood tropes and clichés and without the uplifting music score..... you know, like in real life. Oh BTW ... Gertrude Ederle was not exactly a pretty movie star looker.
Is it for the fact that no one else has hired her, so, DISNEY has given her a contract?... I'm just saying... 'Cause, an actress, she ain't!... But, you can fool kids any day of the week.
Because this world has been corrupted by DEI rules & identity politics making films like this do not have the authentic quality & therefore draw to the box office that previous films had. ❤
