cant be done at age 11 because of the time required to wait between ranks nearly a year in just the last two ranks

Sorry, this isn't quite factual. Another 11 year old earned Eagle rank back in 2013 in North Central Texas' Circle 10 Council.

The youngest an Eagle Scout could be is 13 because you must be 1st class for 6 months to become star and 4 months in star until you become life!

For one I don’t think it’s possible to rank up that fast and two don’t you have to be like 16 or something to be an eagle
