My ATAR score will release tomorrow and I can relate to this as I come from a family where everyone is educated. I have older siblings who did well in school and went onto to university and ended up in high paying careers while I was barely passing my subjects and making it through year 12. My family saw me as a disappointment which made me feel like a failure and I thought I had no future because of that due to how my marks were not on par with the marks my classmates were getting. This video has helped me realize that there is more to life than just ATAR and I feel a lot better because of that. Thanks a lot for sharing this video as it has helped me.
thank you so much man, I made this video for you! in the coming years you'll be able to achieve so much, but only if you take care of yourself first! you got this, best of luck.
@@ducklorde You boys and girls are still very very young barely out of HS. Plenty of time young man to sort out your future. It's not over. You're only like what? 17/18? I'm 22 and still don't know wtf I'm doing with my life and I finished HS 5 years ago. I just have a retail job now where I spend 40-50 hours a week working.
Although this doesn't have to do with ATAR, I didn't get an offer from a selective school although I prepared vigorously. This video helped me realise it isn't the end. Thanks so much Ducklorde.
