I went on a Gary Vee binge and I love his way of communicating. I have very similar answers to the questions he gets based off my life experience. I agree with about 92% and am thankful for the takeaway. The mountain is big and the journey is long... be the change!!

My difference is that I am a Spanish singer that has only been speaking the language for two years... I speak well, and understand, but still have a little accent. Instead of looking at it Ike a negative. I see it as a positive, I can show others that, if they want to learn a language, they can!! It’s possible! Do what you want!! Love it!!

One thing to know, there are soooo many companies that ask candidates produce presentations and projects prior to hire. Some my candidates have done some ah-mazing deliverables and not get the job. Videos like this are a golden mine for me, I live in iraq and everyone here is backward minded and brainwashed by religion and think they know everything because of "gods book" so they work on themselves and I'm considered weird and odd because i study psychology business administration and evaluatioray biology and music , and add up to having bad social skills to express these things, seeing this video is such relief to further make me believe that what's in my mind is correct even if an entire country tells me otherwise.

So much of the disfunction helps develop the skill, the difficult part comes when you must discontinue the disfunction to use in more functional means. Real ish. Stuff you learn at an certain angle. No dispute. I'm a sightseer and examiner... Even bad events get an interested review of it. It slows me, but fast, quick ain't a priority. Enrichment ish is.

Only 3:51 in and I am so looking forward to the rest, but I just have to comment that it also could have gone another way; putting a minor to work in a liquor store with parents that believe liquor should be consumed so much so that they sell it to other people, which teaches the child that being a consumer or dealer of alcohol is normal and decent, is a flaw right there. Why not something positive and healthy for their kids and for bettering the lives of others? The role modeling could have been something unrelated to alcohol dealing and consumption. Luckily the results weren’t disastrous for the family, such as someone becoming an alcoholic or dying or killing someone in a drunk driving incident. My thought is maybe teaching minors to sell something that’s illegal for minors to purchase (and for good reason), is a problematic way to instill values. And the influence was really strong in their direction of what is moral, ethical in terms of values, because now you’re selling a wine brand for others to consume, knowing the risks with consuming alcohol. It’s possible to do something honest and beneficial for others and still make a living, while being authentically oneself without having to resort to things people are almost guaranteed to buy from anyone out of addiction.

I have a little story that confirms how popular Gary has become in the past few years.....this summer I went to visit my family in Rome, Italy. My sister is helping her son in figuring out what he wants to do with his life (not forcing him in any direction, really), so I was telling her he should follow his passions (pilot or social media) rather than any "logical" path (college) and I suggested they watch together some really cool videos on the subject by this amazing Belorussian American entrepreneur who is inspiring a lot of people, specially young ones. She asked me "who is this guy?" I told her "it's Gary Vee, he used to manage a wine store, then he started...." and she stopped me "oh we know Gary Vee, we already watched some of his videos, he is really good". Mind you, my sister is in her 50s and has no connection to social media companies other than as a consumer. He's Da Man!!!! Becoming a legend even in the Eternal City!!!!! (Romans love to curse, so if you ever visit them, you'll feel right at home)

Some time ago Gary vee was originals and Gary Vee TV (formerly Gary Vee Archives) was clips. This might be changing today as this long format post is unusual. Maybe Garry Vee is now for the main shows (Daily Vee, Ask Gary Vee and Gary Vaynerchuck Originals) and keynotes.

Don't love the interviewer.... She asks questions in order to make a prepared comment. She wants to agree with him by giving him examples of what he just said... in order to give him reassurance... he does not need it. Interviewing can be very hard... I would not be better, but the best interviews 'shut there mouths' after asking a question rather than saying...'exactly, yes, right...." This interview makes me appreciate the best interviews like David Rubenstein etc.
