Lol, 26 cent metro. Even more than the 23 cent/8 hrynia metro in Kyiv. That's still only about 10% of western prices. Wish Egypt had longer VISA free policy so you could learn Arabic there since its so affordable.

I don't think you need to encourage people using the Black Market. It's unsafe, hurting the Egyptian Economy, and is illegal.
