Well done, but don’t take any shots no matter how pressured you feel, they are poison, look at all the young people so unwell, it’s from all the baby shots, and getting more and more yearly.
Ms. Holt, could you please share what you regularly eat? The advises are so confusing. One camp says to eat as much vegetables as possible and avoid/minimize red meat saturated fats. Ameen brother! I waa born in '62 and on a regular basis get guessed that I'm at a min. of 20 years younger. I have always believed that we van heal through food and after "knowing" you I realize that more than ever. Loke you say food should be our farmacy!-yes!?!
Real, true food. Found in the produce aisle, also frozen, whole one-ingredient vegs and fruits. I.e. Food in its natural form (except healthy fats like coconut and olive oil and butter that need processing by us but which science now knows is beneficial. ) And NOT processed, packaged foods and noooo sugar anything. That is key…no more of that. I listen to his podcasts every day, I know this is what he means by changing her diet. Simple, real food, cutting out flours and sugars. But his books give details.
There is a field or area of focus, called, "medical food." These are foods produced/manufactured to treat specific conditions. Functional medicine doctors are familiar, but most doctors are not. These medical foods are not a replacement for ordinary healthy foods recommended as treatment for conditions. Maybe a person does not have access to certain needed food....the medical food can be ordered for that patient.

I have a steak in my fridge for tomorrow, but it’s something I eat only occasionally because I know that as a regular part of my diet it will encourage cardiovascular disease, cancer, and even diabetes. You can deceive yourself into thinking otherwise, but do want to bet your life on it? I’m not.
Really, you can do it. There is always a way for improvement if not complete reversal. Start helping your pancreas by having no sugar drinks or sugar anything or processed/packaged foods containing flours and all those ingredients you don’t have in your cupboard. Everything you do will be noticed by your beloved body! It’s just doing it’s best to keep afloat right now. You can help it immediately..Your changes will start its healing.
This doctor is a charlatan. I am all for healthy living, I exercise and have a good diet. It is a lie that someone who is very sick with all those diseases in three days can become healthy and get off medications. I know a number of people who are on the very healthy diet, exercise regularly and still take medication‘s because they have high cholesterol. Sure you can improve it a bit but not to the level that you don’t need them. Don’t exaggerate. You are not what you eat. Unless this doctor thinks that he is a kale or broccoli
He was speaking to food in general, and the phrase he used is protein networks. Also, vegetables, plants and herbs are much, much more than just "anti-nutrients". Carnivore diet is a decent anti-inflammatory and healing diet to use temporarily for some people. I would never recommend it long term though.
