Hi @navidhadavii We work exclusively with IT professionals, so we can assist you specifically in this area. We are not familiar with salaries in other industries.
I dont like the "Rite of passage" mentality because it cuts down on talent. Its not unique to Germany but seems ridiculous to me for companies complaining about the shortage of workers but unwilling to pay more for acquiring talent.
