Points from Video: - Growth never stops - Stimulation is necessary for growth - two kinds of forces, tension and compression where tension refers to stretching force while compression is exact opposite - tension makes bones longer while compression makes them wider - HGH and Insulin are antagonistic but are necessary - In the early stages of the day, consume atleat 125gm of protein (depends on your body), and later in the evening do sprints for 10 seconds for 5 sets, with a minute or two of rest each set to spike the HGH levels. Now, spike your insulin levels by eating lots of carbs or some milk

I would need an explanation on the amount of protein intake. 125g seems a lot to take in daily and the body doesn't store amino acids. So how do we measure the protein intake specifically ?
@jbhann
@jbhann 7 месяцев назад
@@loveiseternal1995…have heard in order to build muscle, one needs to consume about 1g or more of protein per body weight. So if a person weighs 150 ibs, that person should consume 150g of protein. Whether that’s the proper amount of protein to get taller…don’t know.

Im 18 and have been doing stretches every single day (obviusly stretching dont make bones grow), hanging every single day (to decompress the spine before bed), sleeping 8/9h/day (first hours of sleep is where groth hormone is realized this period is called slow-wave sleep) and exersicing (priorizing rutines that increase testosterone and groth hormone lvl). And eating carrot helps to stop excess estrogen hormone realize (The more estrogen there is in your body, the faster the growth plates close so u dont want that) Juny 5 ( i was 176cm in the afternoon). July 12 i was 177cm(in the morning). And now August 2 im 176.5 in the afternoon and 177.4cm (in the morning). ill keep uploading the progress so be free to coment if u want an upload ;) Upload 13/8/23: its been 10 days since last upload and i have seen very good results in morning height (about 177.9cm) and normal height is (about 176.7). This is for those guys who are thinking u stop growing at 18... Please dont be a !$%& and do what ever u need to grow taller, otherwise dont complain about it. Upload 22/8/23: its been 9 days since last update and now my morning height is about 178cm and my afternoon hegiht is 176,8cm btw i allways mesure myself at the same time (4pm and 30seconds after wk up) Upload 8/10/23 progress has been very slowly, today im 177cm in the afternoon and 178.2 morning height. i stoped working out like 4 weeks bcs of college but now im back working out.

Definitely gonna watch this several times. All those anatomical terms flew over my head and I always had a suspicion or hope that we could grow taller at any age. My hypothesis is that people think they can't because they continue the same habits throughout adulthood instead of trying things like eating differently and getting all the nutrients the body needs to grow taller.

It also could be that as people age , not only do they not practice good habits; but their testosterone, and growth hormone noticeably decreases, meaning that it’s better to grow when you’re younger. This explains why a lot of people grow taller in their 20s, and sometimes 30s, because their hormones haven’t decrease yet.

My only concern here is bone calcification and reduced/damaged cartilage in later life. If we convert all our cartilage into bone or convert cartilage into bone faster than we can generate new cartilage (which the rate of regeneration will reduce dramatically as we age) we may run into serious medical complications later in life.

@@krishanSharma.69.69fthis is honestly just my 2 cents here but being overweight specifically does prevent height growth, obviously because your body is carrying too much weight however, that's not to say that eating more doesn't help with growth, it definitely does, and eating "a lot" can be different for everyone. Assuming this person eats "alot" of protein and vegetables and is at a healthy weight, it's totally possible that he grew taller from a proper diet, that is, if that's what op meant when they said "he just eats a lot".

@@flyingfeathers_ I would do as you mentioned, sprinting and bicycling without the stretching. You probably already know this, but going all in on your sleep schedule and providing your body and nervous system with the safety to be parasympathetic using Buteyko breathing and posture work, along with palate expansion is something I would recommend as well for your overall level of health. All of this will affect how fast you will grow. And a note about the workouts: Make sure to check in with yourself and take it slow if they are overwhelming to start out with, it’s better to build up to a routine 3x a week over a longer period of time if it begins to stress you too much in the beginning

@@flyingfeathers_ I'm super unorthodoxed but only things I can think of that actually helped me grow taller is eating a lot of fatty food, like fatty meat and raw butter, raw milk and taking iodine, also a ton of sunlight and sleep(Going to the beach gives you iodine in the air, magnesium in the water, good sunlight if it isn't overcast, and might help increase good endorphins). I was 5'5 at 18, 21 now and barely shy of 5'9 My dad is 5'10 my mom 5'3 ish not really sure I just know she's pretty short compartively not that it's a problem, females can kind of get away with it compared to males. I was totally a soyboy growing up and I know I wouldn't had grown had I not detoxed many heavy metals from my body via other methods than just iodine, and I needed a diet change because I was heavily malnourished, having eaten mostly nuts a lot of my life lol.

@@flyingfeathers_ I’d focus on working up to the sprinting and bicycling for your body to get comfortable with the changes, and then also work up to strength training. What I mean is that it’s worth taking small steps in the beginning even though your mind wants you to do it all right away because you want fast results, since it’s not sustainable, especially if you haven’t trained your nervous system. And yes recovery is most of the work, and when you have that under control, it’s pretty much smooth sailing with the exercises. You just have to get to know your body really well and do what works for you, since everyone has different dispositions

Hmm that's a tricky one. Lots of running cycling and a hell of a lot more stretching. Butpainful and longer stretching unlike 20 second stretches. I used to do . I also did pineal gland activation training. I jump up to ceiling daily as part of my exercise and do lots of heavy breathing intervals throughout the day so I get a good flow of oxygen running through my body (important. Also quit caffeine, smoking, alcohol, and sugar all very important but there's so much to learn I still haven't started with yoga yet. I also eat healthily as well and have always done so lot s of fresh vegetables and meat and dairy eggs also very important as part of the training.

Articular cartilage cannot be regenerated once damaged or calcified. I have read the studies that you linked in the description. They say nothing what you claim in the video about lengthening bones. The "stimuli" you're talking about causes wear and tear of the cartilage which causes it to calcify. This leads to osteoarthritis and can cause a lot of pain and discomfort in the joints.

I was 5'11 at 19 and now in late 20s was measured at 6'1 and yet I'm less fit and have worse posture than at 19, so maybe I'd be even taller if I got in shape and stretched out my back muscles. I've always eaten a diet of a lot of meat. It's definitely possible to keep growing beyond 19, but how to reliably induce it I don't know, it might still depend a lot on genetics.

I answered and said, "If I have found favor in thy sight, O Lord, show this also to thy servant: whether after death, as soon as every one of us yields up his soul, we shall be kept in rest until those times come when thou wilt renew the creation, or whether we shall be tormented at once?" 76 He answered me and said, "I will show you that also, but do not be associated with those who have shown scorn, nor number yourself among those who are tormented. 77 For you have a treasure of works laid up with the Most High; but it will not be shown to you until the last times. 78 Now, concerning death, the teaching is: When the decisive decree has gone forth from the Most High that a man shall die, as the spirit leaves the body to return again to him who gave it, first of all it adores the glory of the Most High. 79 And if it is one of those who have shown scorn and have not kept the way of the Most High, and who have despised his law, and who have hated those who fear the Most High -- 80 such spirits shall not enter into habitations, but shall immediately wander about in torments, ever grieving and sad, in seven ways. 81 The first way, because they have scorned the law of the Most High. 82 The second way, because they cannot now make a good repentance that they may live. 83 The third way, they shall see the reward laid up for those who have trusted the covenants of the Most High. 84 The fourth way, they shall consider the torment laid up for themselves in the last days. 85 The fifth way, they shall see how the habitations of the others are guarded by angels in profound quiet. 86 The sixth way, they shall see how some of them will pass over into torments. 87 The seventh way, which is worse than all the ways that have been mentioned, because they shall utterly waste away in confusion and be consumed with shame, and shall wither with fear at seeing the glory of the Most High before whom they sinned while they were alive, and before whom they are to be judged in the last times. 88 "Now this is the order of those who have kept the ways of the Most High, when they shall be separated from their mortal body. 89 During the time that they lived in it, they laboriously served the Most High, and withstood danger every hour, that they might keep the law of the Lawgiver perfectly. 90 Therefore this is the teaching concerning them: 91 First of all, they shall see with great joy the glory of him who receives them, for they shall have rest in seven orders. 92 The first order, because they have striven with great effort to overcome the evil thought which was formed with them, that it might not lead them astray from life into death. 93 The second order, because they see the perplexity in which the souls of the unrighteous wander, and the punishment that awaits them. 94 The third order, they see the witness which he who formed them bears concerning them, that while they were alive they kept the law which was given them in trust. 95 The fourth order, they understand the rest which they now enjoy, being gathered into their chambers and guarded by angels in profound quiet, and the glory which awaits them in the last days. 96 The fifth order, they rejoice that they have now escaped what is corruptible, and shall inherit what is to come; and besides they see the straits and toil from which they have been delivered, and the spacious liberty which they are to receive and enjoy in immortality. 97 The sixth order, when it is shown to them how their face is to shine like the sun, and how they are to be made like the light of the stars, being incorruptible from then on. 98 The seventh order, which is greater than all that have been mentioned, because they shall rejoice with boldness, and shall be confident without confusion, and shall be glad without fear, for they hasten to behold the face of him whom they served in life and from whom they are to receive their reward when glorified. 99 This is the order of the souls of the righteous, as henceforth is announced; and the aforesaid are the ways of torment which those who would not give heed shall suffer hereafter." 100 I answered and said, "Will time therefore be given to the souls, after they have been separated from the bodies, to see what you have described to me?" 101 He said to me, "They shall have freedom for seven days, so that during these seven days they may see the things of which you have been told, and afterwards they shall be gathered in their habitations." 102 I answered and said, "If I have found favor in thy sight, show further to me, thy servant, whether on the day of judgment the righteous will be able to intercede for the unrighteous or to entreat the Most High for them, 103 fathers for sons or sons for parents, brothers for brothers, relatives for their kinsmen, or friends for those who are most dear." 104 He answered me and said, "Since you have found favor in my sight, I will show you this also. The day of judgment is decisive and displays to all the seal of truth. Just as now a father does not send his son, or a son his father, or a master his servant, or a friend his dearest friend, to be ill or sleep or eat or be healed in his stead, 105 so no one shall ever pray for another on that day, neither shall any one lay a burden on another; for then every one shall bear his own righteousness and unrighteousness." 2 Esdras 7:75 /////////////////////
