I've seen tons and tons of videos like this and each time i learn nothing and then this man comes out of nowhere and gives new well explained informations. This man is pure gold
I have watched plenty of your videos, I really appreciate the amount of works you put to make each contents. You thoroughly did some literature from plenty of published research. You showed us that you want your viewers to be educated with proper scientific fundamental. Thank you for providing all of this man. I hope you will get recognized by more peps soon.
you say he went through literature but I don't see any studies cited anywhere. Like for skull bone motility being related to saturated fat intake, where does that come from? Anyone care to elucidate me?
I started mewing, chewing, and proper posture a couple months ago and I can already see my Germanic features coming through. It’s going from oval to a more defined almost square bone structure.
You are the most straight forward, blunt, and informative man I have ever seen in the Looksmaxxing community. No random garbage and you use real science! You are a legend man
Trust me i have discovered many statements in your videos only by observation and it took me more than 2 years thank u for the compilation and well explained
Been consuming your content for a while , you pretty much explain everything ( improving facial appearance, which is your main topic i assume ) , with a great research ,but i have couple of questions
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🧐 *Understanding Skull Structure* - The skull is composed of 22 different bones connected by sutures. - Sutures act like glue, and if they harden, facial bones won't change much after puberty. - Softening sutures involves hydrating them with raw saturated fats, not water, to allow facial bone movement. 01:12 🌊 *Hydrating Sutures and Breathing Techniques* - Hydrate sutures by consuming raw saturated fats like raw dairy, eggs, and fat-rich fruits. - Breathing exercises help relax tight sutures and enhance facial bone malleability. - Demonstration of a breathing exercise to increase awareness and softening of skull sutures. 03:05 🤨 *Changing Facial Bone Structure Techniques* - Tongue posture, specifically "mewing," is crucial forchanging facial bone structure. - Proper overall posture influences facial bone development; forward head posture can lead to less attractive features. - Emotions play a role in posture, with positive emotions aligning with the parasympathetic nervous system, enhancing bone softness. 06:06 🧘 *Stimulating the Vagus Nerve* - Positive emotions and controlling stress contribute to the parasympathetic nervous system, making facial bones more malleable. - Techniques to stimulate the vagus nerve include singing, deep breathing, and chewing gum. - Regular stimulation of the vagus nerve promotes a calmer and more parasympathetic-oriented state. 07:44 🏋️ *Massaging Chewing Muscles* - Masseter muscles, responsible for chewing, can impact facial bone structure significantly. - Tight masseters can pull the upper jaw and cheekbones down, leading to less attractive facial features. - Releasing masseter tightness through warm compress or massage can immediately enhance facial attractiveness. Woah! First time I see someone speak of relaxing the masseters. Ive been doing it for a while and it feels great and you get more attractive in an instant!
@@quandmeme9970 I found it hard to believe and so I searched it up. Maybe I searched wrong, but the fat thing looks like bs. Apparently sutures interlock and harden with age as a rule, so movement from hydrated sutures seems unlikely
Tip for mewing, don’t touch your teeth with your tongue as it can cause your teeth to move forward if you do it over a long period of time, same mechanism as braces in a way
I don’t really use suction cuz when i do I can’t touch the back of my mouth (soft palate/ posteroir third ) is that bad. It it bad that i have a big palate?
I loved the video, it has very valuable information, but you can make a video to expand the palate or improve posture since they are fundamental things for attractiveness
@@musashi542 Strength imbalances, or not doing any training at all can force you into the wrong posture over time, training is extremely important if you want a good posture.
I've never heard that you have to release tension from your masseters to prevent your face from sinking downwards. Although I've noticed that after long chewing sessions I have to let my masseters and temporalis muscles rest because they get swollen, I sometimes massage them too.
As someone that read an actual physiology book, i was laughing at all the BS, then read the comment section and it is either full of bots or people that really believe this BS. But hey, don't let the anatomical process of calcification stop you from getting a dent in the skull.
As someone who got into mewing when it was less popular (2014) I went through all the stages and had to learn the hard way. Allthough I think some of the claims you made in this video (regarding the sutures) were quite bold and definitly need evidence to back those claims up. I really have to say that it was one of the most balanced and well thought through video on this topic. I made the mistake of forcing myself to mew 24/7 and chew tons of hard stuff while never stretching the underlying muscle. Thats why my chewing muscles get tight very easily. So thank you for spreading this usefull information so that more folks dont make those same mistakes I had to make.
One year ago I started Mewing, Chewing gum daily and fixed my posutre completly (neck and back). Words cannot describe how much better looking I am. I have literally tripled in looks and I am so confident in myself. This video is extremely accurate and pretty much says exactly what I did, but it didnt happen overnight. I had to be patient and put in the effort and stay consistent!
@@SUPerMan-ss5gb Search up the stand against the wall technique, and try workout at the gym, if you work your rear delts and back along with every muscle, your back posture will fix by itself.
been mewing for just under 6 months and started 2 days before I turned 26. Im seeing nice changes so far. More prominent cheekbones, and wider jaw. same bodyweight actually 2lbs heavier. Cant wait to see in another 6 months and years down when I am 30.
@@dannywhelehan9148 just make sure you’re engaging your hyoid muscles(the muscles in your neck); this ensures the back 1/3 of your tongue is engaged to the palate. You got to find your own sweet spot tho. Too much and u can’t breathe and it feels tense. Your face muscles should be relaxed when doing this
Very interesting video. I'm a female, and what I find attractive for myself at least or what I want to achieve is more of a V shaped jaw instead. I believe that what you are prescribing here is the complete opposite (a square jaw). This may be a ridiculous question, but any tips for that?
I’m pretty sure although this video is made with men in mind, the same concept applies to women, but in the sense that it maximizes your genetic blueprint, it won’t turn everyone’s face the same way, like some races just have higher cheekbones etc
you should mew anyway, correct tongue posture might not make your jaw square, its just that men typically have square jaws and those are the images you see representing mewing results more often. look up mewing before and after results. if you want a better jaw shape, such as a V-shape jaw, you should absolutely fix your tongue posture first through mewing, trust me. that will make the biggest difference. the other most important things (without repeating all of the things he mentioned in the video) would include correct back/neck posture (as mentioned) and a healthy diet. the diet can vary depending on a lot of things, some people need to bulk up, some people need to slim down. i recommend looking into it further yourself. good luck with everything!
Look into Weston Price as well - he wrote around the early 1900's about skeletal reduction due to refined carbohydrates in the diet occluding vitamins related to good bone development - he was a Dentist and began to notice a lot of crowded mouths with teeth pushing into each other - so the WP Diet is rich in organ meats and fats and more fats and low burn carbs if at all - ESPECIALLY for pregnant women Oddly much of his work was suppressed even vids on ....
My tongue doesn't "suction" when I swallow the water. I've done this exact posture for months and I also chew mastic gum. But there's not much of a difference between my facial structure. However I do have very bad dental issues.
The idea that eating dietary fat somehow lubricates/ hydrates or softens the sutures on the adult skull seems very unlikely. I've been googling to see if I can find any peer reviewed studies, but can't find any information on this at all. Also the idea that breathing in certain ways can also soften sutures seems extremely unlikely. Please can you tell me where you heard this and link any research that shows this to be the case?
mewing is basically the only working method to change your bone structure, my cheekbones used to be nonexistent now their extremely prominent from mewing
@@witheeeeeerx i started seeing results in 2 months, it just slowly got better overtime, I started seeing hollow cheeks about 8 months in it's been a year and 8 months now since I started
My mum told me that recently my jaw and forehead are beginning to protrude a lot. I went from having an over bite when I was younger to now having quite a pronounced underbite. some people say I look like shrek lol
I'll be doing this right now. Will also update every month (Only). Day 1: Month 0 - Start: "Consistency is Key." Month 1 -: I've lost 2 kg, and I can see changes in my facial structure that resemble the effects of losing weight. While I haven't noticed significant changes in my facial structure, losing weight has helped highlight my bone structure. I've also started practicing proper tongue posture. Although I haven't exercised consistently, my food consumption hasn't been strict. Nevertheless, I plan to make some changes for this new month.
