Your Guide To Beating The 2-3 Zone In NBA 2K24 (Part 1) 

I know am a casual at 2k but I hate losing to these guys thanks for helping out us bums man

I got a 6’8 center with really high finishing and midrange so in a 2-3 zone I just stand near the free throw line. Completely breaks the zone if the other big doesn’t want to guard me. If no one guards me then it’s an open middy. I’m also consistently making late contest shots so they can’t play one pass away. If the big steps ups the zone is broken since everyone will now have to follow their man to the paint. If they keep the 6’7 lock on me I’m posting up and getting in my hakeem bag which means the center now has to guard a guard outside the paint. Whatever the scenario is there’s going to be a mismatch. Or if they’re keeping their pg in the same corner we’ll find a way to get an iso on the pg by sending our best offensive option to that corner while we have off ball screens to keep the defense occupied and stop them from helping.

Chris.. just hopped on the rec, for the first time ever (always been a My NBA guy). Been loving the experience so far, especially, in random rec. But the biggest pet peeve i have noticed, with Squad Comps/Sweats. Is that soon as the ball is shot by my team.. all foir dudes on the opposing team is back, lined up by the 3pt line. For an open transition 3. I see they nerfed bailout pass.. but i feel the outlet pass, is way too overpowered. And will rebalance the game.

You should advance the ball slower, especially if you’re not getting pressed full court. Part of the reason that your big is trailing up the court is because you rushed straight up the court, you’re obviously always gonna beat him up the court

Great video especially for guys running with a five squad. Unfortunately in random rec you either get and ai or completely incompetent players. Unless the team running the zone is absolute dog shit it won’t work really🤷🏿

This all cool until the whole lineup spamming passing lanes with a 91 steal😂😂😂 I love 2k but real basketball logic is cooked in rec, park, pro am. This only works in a regular nba game.😂😂

Damn, Ive been playing 2k for a whole year now, MVP status on all my builds, but never knew this. Guess I gotta work on IQ.

Yeah I'm subscribing lol. I use the same concept, but I usually run 5Out from the free throw line, or work the short corner. Either way it's a mismatch, an open middy, or if a 3 if anyone helps.
