I was there last week from 03/27 to 04/05. I was so glad to see Sakura season and Japan is always nice to visit and do shopping. I bought ReFa flat iron at their counter in Ginza. Tax refund process was easier, every major stores and department stores have their own tax free shopping. All you need is just show your passport. The only disappointment is that all hot spot restaurants do not have enough seating and you have to wait for at least 30mins- an hour. Some restaurants have reservations and it’s very impossible to get slot for solo travelers. So, I didn’t get reservations for most of Michelin star ramen restaurants this time. But, I really enjoyed my trip there.

I don't understand the meaning of this video and the direction this channel is taking. Has the channel changed!? There was the one in the shopping mall at the airport... I believed that it was about establishing a bridge between people on a culinary and cultural basis and not about becoming a channel of store and product placement. Do you sincerely believe that this would really make the trip easier for people who come to visit Japan and that they would do it for shopping coupons even for gifts !? Could this be what Japanese identity boils down to? Don't you think that there would be more and more interesting to share and that you were among the few to do so!? Wouldn't disappearing traditional activities be a better approach to promoting authentic and unique Japanese crafts !?

Thanks for sharing the products you use, but I wasnt able to get the brands as they werent in the subtitles - which were actually so long and posted so quickly too. I really thought you would be doing an English vlog since most of your followers are from other countries. Hope you can post a vlog about your day in English. TBH I sometimes couldnt finish watching the video as I get sleepy from reading the subtitles. Watching from a phone or tablet thats why.
