Whenever I take long breaks from a game, I come back better. When I'm hitting a plateau in the gym, I take some time away from that lift or muscle group and come back stronger.
Win or lose, none of that matters. I've been thinking more about this nowadays, people today are sad because they're not loved and that's what they lose.
