This dude right here..no disrespect...is a freakin genius and needs to be nominated for a Nobel peace price. Please and thank you. I pray that God keeps you well and keep informing people like me
Except that the food industry & medical industry will likely protest since he brings people intelligent knowledge about the human body (even many medical professionals don't connect the dots).
Thank you for this video, my dad was complaining about right shoulder pain he went to his doctor and was given anti-inflammatories for two weeks they did not work he would paise the floor at night in pain one night I was sitting up with him thinking this isn’t right I came across this video it hit me this was serious I showed him it and he was scared. I decided to then ring the liver unit in the hospital I explained everything, they said he would have to come straight in they did bloods. A week later was told he had liver cancer that the bloods showed it on cancer markers, they later did a scan but we where told it was to late it was spreading like wild fire and was given terminal diagnosis we had a very short 3 months after and he passed only 2 months ago. Please don’t ignore these signs scream and shout you have to get tested because this cancer spreads so quickly we our broken hearted don’t let this happen your family.
I LITERALLY had a pain in my right shoulder like an hour ago and ment to check it out. Just finished a lecture and BOOM! This video is up. WHAT SORCERY IS THIS????
U are the KETO-KING as far as Im concerned...Ive been learning from u for quite some time now...Im always saving your videos ...U are a great teacher Dr. Berg...thank u for sharing this great wealth of knowledge that u possess...It is PRICELE$$
@@RoRo-kc8zv Lol...no, I'm real...no bot....just really enjoy all of his content...I have been in the medical field for over 21 years n know a good Dr when I see one is all.
Dr. Berg, I’ve just ended 4 weeks of intense pain following two broken ribs and finding out that the pain in my right upper back was actually caused from taking pain killers that enflamed my liver and gallbladder. Thank you so much ☺️
This is life changing information! I have had what I called “right body pain” for the last ten years. Recently I found a holistic practitioner and found that my liver isn’t functioning correctly! I never connected the dots until this video! My pain is in this EXACT spot!! THANK YOU for sharing this-hopefully it will help someone. I would love to see a more specific video on the diet you ate to make that pain disappear!
Could you please share more about how you treated your pain? My mom is unable to sleep at night? Apart from diet correction, should I get her a heating pad or a cooling pad for the severe pain in her right shoulder and arm?
OMGosh. It's going to sound weird but I think you were really guided to make this video for me. I am literally in the middle of a 2 year search, well technically it's been 10 years but it's gotten worse over the last 2. I have a pain exactly right here and I do have fatty liver. They have even sent me to a neurosurgeon and I have done multiple MRI'S / CT scans. My thyroid has a growth on it too and I see your follow-up video that you say that the two are linked. I'm going today to have a biopsy on that. I've watched you for years and you've helped me so much, but I've not been great about following the plan. I had to send this video to my husband in the most incredulous way. My doctor told me 8 years ago that I had fatty liver and he acted like it was no big deal and nothing to worry about. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I think you actually have me in a direction then I can look into now after years of on-again off-again pain.
I suffered from this phenomena for 20+ years. It was only after going carnivore and (and supplementing with choline daily) that the pain began to go away. I can even sense my liver has returned to it's normal size and doesn't feel inflamed to the touch. Thank you for the invaluble information, Dr. Berg!
@@ThebigGLRams Go for it. My diet consists of high-fat beef steak and regular ground beef (30% fat), high-fat chicken (dark meat with the skin), homemade organ paté (seared chicken liver and chicken heart pureed with butter and Celtic sea salt), calf liver (raw) and beef kidneys (raw) weekly, canned cod liver (weekly), grassfed unpasteurized butter daily, unpasteurized cheeses daily and free-range eggs daily. I also buy frozen salmon, thaw it and eat it raw once per week. I avoid all carbohydrates/sugars as much as possible and avoid all vegetables oils (i cook my food with natural animal oils like beef tallow, chicken schmaltz or clarified butter). I supplement with a high qualty cod liver oil (for the D3), a choline supplement, and a high-quality B complex supplement that contains Benfotiamine and Biotin (along with choline) to metabolize fats.
I don't care if you cover the same thing over and over because when you come from a different angle I am able to get more and more out of it. Thanks for what you do!
LEFT SIDE PAIN: Probably need to answer this too: I would do the massage technique under the left rib cage for that - about 2 inches down from the ribs and 2 inches to the left of the midline: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qAycloYO4KE.html
Hi doctor Berg, can I put your videos on my channel, which are dedicated to the Arab region, because many Arabs do not speak English, they should benefit from your advice, and of course I will mention your channel in the description? I will mention the source , if u agree i will use it , if u don't like this idea it's ok i will not do anything
Amazing! I've suffered with left side pain since I was 18 and I'm now 33. The pain has become a apart of me now and I never thought it could go away. I followed this link and I got an instant relief when I did it. I'm crying with joy. I never thought I'd get rid of this pain. I was diagnosed with costochondritis and told in 3 years it would stop when I was 18. I wish I'd seen that video 3 years ago. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Could this also related to my ankle swelling?
"I wish I knew what I know now back then"... yeah, we all feel this way!... and in so many things, in so many ways! Well, at least now we have the correct information and can start fixing this. Thank you Dr. Berg
Well, that's America. I have these Malaysian Chinese doctors every where in Singapore. They are really hopeless. Don't believe they are competent doctors. Well as we call them here, cheap labour.
This blows me away. I have had this pain on and off for a few years an usually related it to stress. However, two weeks ago it became so intense for about 10 days that I was almost in tears. Recently, I resumed the healthy Keto and IF and it's gone. Nice to know what it was. I haven't seen that purple paisley shirt in a while and I'm missing it.
Wow. Your explanation has just blown my mind. I've been wondering the case of the pain in my right rhomboid. I thought it's work related, as I've been sitting down and using a mouse a lot.
Thank to you I now have been taking milk thistle as my shoulder has been agony for a year! Was even effecting my right arm. I thought was an injury from lifting my son up. 2 weeks of taking milk thistle for the liver and no more pain!!!! Thank you sooooooo much!
I have felt the same pain in my right shoulder, after taking few bottles of apple cider vinegar I don't have it now, but I'll try to fully eradicate and recover from it while taking more apple cider vinegar. You're so helpful sir. Thanks! Love from Pakistan❤
Ok this is crazy. I’ve been having this problem for months now. Yesterday I got a massage/Chiropactor visit hoping to fix this issue. Then this vid pops in my feed. Plus I’ve fallen off the keto/if time and time again over the past few years. I think this confirmation I need stick with this lifestyle. A lot of your vids and information has truth. Thank you Dr. Berg
I had that pain after gallblader removal surgery, exactly as described. It lasted for about a week and I'm guessing it went away as my body was gradually recovering from the surgery (and the gas they injected in me to facilitate the operation was expelled). I can see how they're connected now. Great video, great info!
Oh my goodness!!! I was Praying about this pain early this morning and I look on my feed and this was on the top! Thank you!!!! This will be addressed immediately! Glory to God who answered my prayer through you and your video!!!
I just watched a video footage of New York City back in the early 20th century, and holy moly, the health is so evident in contrast to today's folks. Probably it's not only just the stress levels. Congratulations for your content Dr. Berg!
You forgot one cause of liver and gall bladder pain, Wilson’s disease, which used to be considered rare and is now growing in numbers because people are learning about it. It’s excess copper and it has the same effect as too much iron, if not worse.
Omg I have been dealing with this for at least a few years now,and have seen chiropractic, physical therapist and sport specialist for this!! And nothing after so many physical therapy sessions. Thank you so much for this !!
I have adopted this avdice and the pain has gone I can't believe it. I have recently fallen into a bad diet pattern and never joined the dots. Thankyou so much the pain was becoming unbearable!
This past weekend I had a pain in between my right shoulder blade and spine and what do you know, a RU-vid video is advertised to me about it immediately. Wow
I've had this pain 23 years, it causes depression, anger, frustration and at a few points in time I questioned could I continue to tolerate living with this near constant pain that seemed to only be getting worse. After a myriad of therapies I watched Dr. Berg, started keto and working to clean liver and gallbladder. My pain is SO MUCH better, Thank You Dr. Berg and may God continue to bless you in your healing ministry. You Sir are a gift to humanity!
@@akhan6778 Clean Keto diet per Dr. Berg videos, also taking this Dr. Berg Store supplement "Organic Greens Superfood - Cruciferous Blend." Also fasting, minimum of 16 hours, One-Meal-A-Day, and a few 40-60 hour fasts.
Wow, I was having this EXACT pain In my right shoulder so bad the last 2 days I ended up having a red spot from the constant rubbing and massaging of the muscle there. I begged my husband to help me rub my shoulder but it could ever satisfy the pain, and was so tender to the touch. Rewind: Almost 2 yrs ago during my pregnancy I had the worst cramping I swore I was in labor or miscarrying. I was in such agony for about 3-4 hrs and then it went away. Turned out my gallbladder was FULL of stones. They discovered that during an emergency ultrasound. But interesting how everything you just explained tier both of those situations together. I admit, I was on a really strict diet for a few months but went back to my old ways of crap, sugar, and just an awful diet. Thank you so much for opening my eyes.
Great info Dr. Berg. Brilliant as usual. From your previous video about the referred pain helped a lot for educating us and diagnosing exact cause. Highly appreciate all of your outstanding efforts and advices for educating us in a simple way. You are always in our prayers. May Almighty bless you with a long healthy happy life. Thanks a lot with love from Bangladesh.
Thank you for the explanation Dr Éric Berg. I have severe endometriosis in the diaphragma attached to the liver and main nervous system. The chronic pain in the back it is sometimes difficult to bare and keeps me awake at night 😔😪
So I did your liver cleanse recipe from the other video because I was having this bizarre issue. The apple cider + lemon juice. This pain went away within 30 minutes. Thank you so much!
I started to have "tingle" on the right rhomboid only on hangovers for 2-3 days.. It was allways a mystery why it allways appears most badly on hangovers.. This explains it.. its the liver.. Finally went to the blood test, and GT was 168U/l (60 max limit). So I think I should stop drinking...Or atleast start consuming it less often. But thank you Eric you are the first one that relates this rhomboid pain to the liver.
Hey Dr.Eric my wife have left shoulder blade pain that she has been experiencing since she was in college. She is a left handed and blames that for her shoulder pain. She had her check up done and was told its tendonitis, gave em her pain meds and all but still experiencing her shoulder pain until now. Worried here that it’s not just tendonitis. Thank you Dr. Eric.
Oh my god!! Dr. Berg I can not believe how accurate you are. I have been watching but never would have thought the pain in my shoulder was my liver and I went to the doctor and it is my liver. Im a believer in anything and everything you say. I do have a question that I have not found answers about. Do you know what G6pd blood deficiency is?? Im alergic to asprin and Im trying to find someone that know more about this. Please let me know .
Hello Calico. Sorry we do not have information/ video about this. We will add this to our video suggestion list for now. Thanks! -Dr. Berg's Support Team
I got diagnosed with sciatica in my right leg and mild scoliosis. The past 3 , 4 months I've been having a strong pain in my right shoulder blade. I came to the point where I can't move at all. I was in bed for 3 days. I thought it was connected with my lower back pain and my scoliosis. Although I am deficient in iron, I do try to go keto. Maybe not 100%, but I am not using sugary food at all. I eat clean, a lot of vegetables, sometimes meat but I do like diary products. Like a lot :) I hope this is not the issue. But I hope this will help :) Thanks a lot :)
OMG! Yesterday my pain started in all these places! I have no gallbladder, so it might be my liver. I had an MRI like 5 months ago and nothing was showing in or on my liver. 🤔 I am watching what I eat for my type 1 diabetes. I do not eat fried food or carbohydrates. I do IF and eat lots of kale. It is weird that I am having this pain!
I had severe pain from blockage due to gall stones, and I also became jaundiced. No doctor could figure it out, they just kept giving me narcotice for the pain. I finally went to an ER and they found out the gallstones were blocking my liver ducts. I suffered for nearly 4 months.
Thank you for being specific about where the shoulder pain would be. I saw another video on RU-vid which just said “shoulder pain” which then started me worrying. Now I can see that my pain is no where near the critical regions you mention, so I am much relieved.
I’m a lifeguard and today at the pool my right shoulder was aching! I’ve been cheating on my keto diet and ate fast food pizza for three days and I think it’s the source. I’m hopping right back in my healthy keto diet and praying that my 21hour IF dissolves all the fast food pizza I’ve been eating. The pain hurts so badly, swimming has helped though. That’s Dr. Berg and Team!
I did not consume any of those things but my pain has been in this area since 2015 after doing a lot of lifting. I just don’t want to hurt anymore! I have done almost everything you can think of.
I've had this numb, tingling, itchy sort of pain I this area for years. I thought it was from carrying concrete forms but every time I look into the few issues I have, there's a Dr. Berg video about liver connections. I drink alot of sugary drinks and eat alot of pizza and bad foods.
I am sadly suffering from this. Ive had this for 19 years and am now working on my liver. I have NAFLD. Its extremely debilitating and my pain shoots up the right side of the head aswell.
I have pain in the top part of your diagram mostly, but I put it down to calcium deposits forming at a site of strain. I'm a right-handed comic artist and have candida and gut dysbiosis. Interestingly, I've been doing the liver flush and gallbladder cleanse for almost a year, about 30 flushes. And something I always noticed was that the shoulder and neck pain diminishes or vanishes for several days depending on my mood/stress. I put down the recurrence of the shoulder and neck pains to simply a buildup of bile sludge and congestion again, but the more flushes I do, the less strong overall the pain has been when it is present. The entire domain of inflammation is also a lot worse when I am in low mood, depression/suicidal ideation. I suffer from.stress quite badly. But when I have been good and things are going well, the liver flush feels better than any other health supplement or practice ever has and I've had several days where the shoulder pain is largely absent. I do believe that the arthritic symptoms are caused by strain, I have a poor technique with a pencil, but this exploration of the nerve impacted by a gallbladder and liver I know to require the flush makes some very interesting reading. Following your logic, working to decrease the inflammation and poor state of my liver and gallbladder will lessen the symptoms of the shoulder blade pain, which is what I have demonstrably seen. I suppose I just need to keep going. I was convinced it was calcium deposits that were the problem because sometimes when I flushed I'd get kidney stone pain afterwards. Taking a lot of chanca piedra and so on during the week up to the flush stopped those symptoms.
That's what's happened to me, I have fatty liver because I started eating too much carbs. My AST/ALT sent from 49 and 36 to 183 and 86 in a year or so. I started feeling pain and discomfort right side of my abdomen. Following your diet and intermittent fasting I was able to reduce circumference by 10 cm and the pain is gone. But I made a big mistake drinking too much in the World Cup final and the pain is back (less intense, not exactly a pain but a discomfort in the back), it's been 4 days and I still feel it, it seems like indeed the liver is bigger because I can feel a pulsating sensation/subtle pain and I woke up with a right shoulder pain but last for a minute, I don't know if it's the liver or just the position I slept, I also have high iron probably due to alcohol but my fatty liver is apparently connected to food, I don't eat too much sugar but my carbohydrate intake was really high, but anyway, I have fatty liver that I am still treating and I shouldn't have drank that much.
Been buying corn the past weeks because its harvest season. Suddenly having this back /neck pain (same area as your drawing) out of nowhere. I will definitely take that out of my diet now and other food that can cause inflammatory.
Now I know why I have pain... waiting for my supplements... Dr.Berg you are so incredibly knowledgeable and kind...I found out about you last week... I’ve cleaned my fridge and pantry, already in ketosis , IF 5 hours, no cravings, not hungry...now when I have a question I go to you sir. You are changing our health... the most important thing in our life so that we can enjoy it. I am so excited about my future and forever grateful!❤️
My husband has pain for past 10 years and none of the doctor could find the reason for that pain they gave pain killers that's it omg correct diagnosis is the key
This pain is what I have been experiencing for months. What steps did you take or do you suggest to get the correct diagnosis? I assumed my pain was just muscle strain, I am now wondering??????? Great video!
@@darlenem7400 you’ve been dealing with it over a year ? How long is the temporary relief with the massage ? I think mines is a muscle strain too ... do you ice it ? Have you tried strengthening exercises ?
The tennis ball is also really good for the shoulder blade pain Lay on a yoga mat or bed and put the tennis ball under where the pain is and the pain will subside and disappear You also may need to move the tennis around each area till all subside
I've had pain in this area before, which lasted for a few weeks. I can't remember if it was on the left or right side of my spine, but I thought it was a trapped nerve or muscle cramp or something. It felt like it was burning hot, like sunburn and I always felt the need to try to massage the spot by rubbing my back against the door frame or similar, as I couldn't reach that area with my hand, lol. Hasn't happened again since going keto.
Dr. Berg my gf suffers from morgellons can you please do a video on the subject good sir. I love your channel thank you Ive been fasting for 3 weeks !!
I've had this issue for about 7 years on and off. I thought it was because I started studying and sat at a desk for too long. That probably didn't help, but at the same time my diet wasn't great and I was drinking too much. Massages do help but the pain always comes back. Thank you for this information I am taking it all on board.
i have the exact same problem as dr. berg. it still haunts me today. i did fall before when i was 13 and hurt at the same spot and i cant tell if its my gallblader, liver, or my injury. im 34 now. after watching the video, i think its my liver since the pain is right under my blade towards the right.
Hey Dr Berg, I have this pain intermittently on the left side, since it might be pancreas related can you please do a video on the left rhomboid! Keep up the awesome work. We❤you
Eric, if you hadn't gone to chiropractor school, we wouldn't be able to take advantage of your wonderfully broad education now! Or any of your investigation into what foods are good or not for us. I have a slight scoliosis protruding to that right rhomboid region which over time has caused the total failure of my whole right shoulder and arm structure. Well, that's the theory anyway. I've always had pain in that area right out to the rotator cuff. Liver tests done for other reasons come back good and I do have a generally good organic plant based diet although I do eat a bit of all kinds of meat. Are there any other places on my body where liver issues might show up that I could check?
I get pain in my left shoulder. It's weird but I dont think the pain is going to come back. Hopefully not. But im glad to be informed that it could be my pancreas instead of my liver. But a couple times it seemed like both shoulders hurt at the same time. I started drinking more water less beer and stopped drinking energy drinks and I think that's what helped.
After my daughter's birth 10 yrs ago I was diagnosed with gall bladder stone. I didn't gain any weight during pregnancy, as per doc that caused the stone buildup. I suffered 3 years before surgery as there was no one to take care of daughter back home..for three years I suffered back pain u mentioned, there was infection which reached pancreas and I had to take strong painkillers and antibiotics...then vomiting started one day that won't stop..hospitalized and later after infection cleared up doc performed Lapcoly. I didn't eat non-veg for a year after that...now after 7 years I m completely ok. So I will req anyone having gall bladder removed refrain from eating non-veg for a year to let liver, gall bladder stump heal....Dr. Berg pls correct me if I'm wrong, my respects from India 🙏
WHAT? 14 years ago I had a mini-nervous breakdown and developed a rash and throbbing pain under my right shoulder blade. It eventually cleared. When I get stressed the throb comes back, and itch but no rash. I've never been able to diagnose it but this is very interesting. I have recently thought it may be connected to gallbladder, but didn't understand why it itches so much when I stress. Never thought it could be liver.
I have this frikking pain now!! Exact same spot. I thought its because of a muscle pull but could never spot when that happened. It was a mystery until I landed on this. Crazy coincidence. But I'm lucky to know this.
Dr Berg i live on an island in the Indian Ocean and all says i have nothing. I am hypothyroidism patient for the last 3 years. I am 38 and weight around 90kg which i can loose with a diet. The pain in my neck and shoulder has been since i am a teenager as far as i can remember. After giving births to 3 kids my body and the brain don't work together anymore and my pain in the neck and shoulder is getting more and more painful and irritating. Thanks for the video
I followed all your recommendations to the letter but my pain in the right side of the back does not stop I regularly take milk thistle and I have done detox cures but this pain goes and comes back for no known reason. I’m in keto diet since 8 months and also intermittent fasting for the same period.
I think you need to reduce your fats, increase your greens and fasting and do the flushing I mention in the description - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qAycloYO4KE.html
I have been strict Keto for 5 1/2 months, I eat 2 meals a day between noon and 6pm. I am taking your supplements, electrolyte powder, cruciferous vegetable, and an ox bile. I don't have a gallbladder. I drink 80oz water every day. Still getting right shoulder pain! I don't know what to do! My meals are mostly steak or hambuger. With a salad with cucumbers peppers, tomatoes, scallions, and cheese. With a steamed veggie, broccoli, asparagus or cauliflower. I do also eat bacon and egg salad for breakfast. ????? Please help me! I have had so much other success with KETO, I just need to fix this shoulder thing!
As soon as I cut out nuts and seeds, my right shoulder pain stopped. I've never had it since. I had been experiencing it my entire adult life. I previously had cut out grains and "vegetable" oils (seed oils). I will never eat grains, nuts, seeds or vegetable oils again. Thank you Dr. Berg! You really helped me with this info!
My doctors are not doing enough. My AST and ALP are abnormally high. I’ve had severe but sporadic pain in my right shoulder blade and right upper rib cage area. My doctor simply told me to “wait it out”. 😭 I’ve been doing research like crazy trying to figure out what it could be
Been dealing with this issue for two years now, thousands of dollars spent on all sorts of therapies including massage, chiro and acupuncture. Just got results today from bloodwork which shows a fatty liver. The symptoms were so severe that it could have possibly been TMJ syndrome, trigeminal neuralgia, occipital neuralgia, or possibly shoulder bursitis. What a nightmare!!!
