What I’m starting to realize (for me personally) is the more I think about Porn and lust as a problem, it only grows it. As I’ve been naturally drawn to enriching my soul through personal pursuits, my lust and cravings have gone down enormously.

So… I recently decided to quit my pron addiction and I immediately found a way to do it, which was to randomly stop watching pron on the most random day ever, without thinking or focusing too much on ‘quitting’. The only focus I had on it was a streak list for everyday I didn’t watch pron. I’m now on day 6. The only thing is though: I haven’t looked into why this addiction is bad for me (yet) and I don’t know if I’m still allowed to masturbate with my own mind (like, wouldn’t that just continue my addiction, but with my own fantasies?)

Hey Seb, I really need you advice for something I struggle with for some time. You know the whole thing about AI and the possibility for people to become homeless, and I really hate that possibility, and I hope with ALL my heart that this will never happen. Along this, I’m worried about the fact that we consume so much water, and probably, by 2040 we will not have any clear water, but only salt water. But this is a smaller problem, because there are machines that make sea water into drinkable water, and with enought money, I could buy one, but that’s still a problem. I am so worried about my family I love so much, and I want to get a well paid job because I want to help them, just in case, but even with that, it will be even harder with the Ai competittion. I am interested in spirituality, I like nature and meditation, and I’m open to other philosophies, but in this case, I don’t know what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
