I am mildly surprised that this professor, like very many other Kenyan professors, cannot understand the questions he has been asked and respond satisfactorily. Instead he has chosen to prevaricate, duck and weave, and avoid ALL responsibility for the insecurity perpetuated mainly by the police. He has said nothing about the goons employed by the politicians to prevent people demonstrating peacefully. In fact he justify police brutality and murder of Kenyans. In my view this professor has succeeded only in proving that he is unfit to hold that office!
