Hello sir, I cleared my 12th exams this year but due to certain reasons my pcm is 54%. I was trying to give my 12th re exam but I found new way that is 4 months pre sea training and than 12 months on board training as a cadet and than I can go for junior officer course or else I can give my 2nd mates exam in UK or nz. Sir in the whole process I will get Indian cdc but before clearing my 2nd mate exams I have to go with Samoa/Micronesia coc for junior officer. Sir I was concerned about this course can u please give me some advice. Thanks
