@Max just try one or two a day for now brother. I've been doing a few sets everyday over the course of a few months and there are tremendous differences than before.
@@cheeecane182 right on. I started doing 36 push ups before and after I've done any of my training, not counting the push ups in between depending on what it is and I feel much stronger now. Keep at it!

many parts of this sequence adapt well in shoulder deep water, keeping your hands flat for added resistance from the water during rotation segments creates a lot of full body tension, from toes to scalp hence a good need for explosiveness and follow thru

ha I'm in my 40's now; but there was a time lol. I never did Kung Fu; I did some of this recently and it was good to mix it up. I coach soccer & track and am always looking for something that I might be able to use.
Master - ShifuYanLei - I will visit your above link soon as I LOVE traditional Shaolin arts (loong time ago I had the privilege of meeting a grand-master of the "Eagle Claw" style martial art ( which as you probably know was a traditional military style back in the days ) but it's been more than 15 years now and I need to get back in shape so I have to start from "zero" ground. Does your collection above starts from "zero" level and gradually move you to advanced ? I would very much appreciate your answer and I would love to support your effort(s).
